As Bonvoy Titanium members, we were extremely impressed with this boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location off A1A was incredible, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. We were in a corner suite on the 8th floor with a great layout and an enormous wrap around balcony. The view was spectacular! We were pleasantly surprised to learn that our reservation included complimentary beach towels and access to the beach lounge chairs a few blocks away in front of the Ritz Carlton, a sister Marriott hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and included nespresso coffee. In addition, they offered complimentary coffee in the lobby. Bonus, next door to the hotel was a wonderful restaurant with the best happy hour! We went every night.

We were 3 couples staying for 3 nights, and we had a great experience at the AC Hotel. The service was fabulous, with special thanks to Victoria, Anetha, and others at the Front Desk. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and Nicole did a fantastic job. Robert at the bar made excellent drinks. The rooms were very clean and appeared to be updated. The hotel is also very close to the beach. There is construction of a new building next door, but it didn’t bother us. We’ll stay there again!

My girlfriend puppy and I recently stayed at the AC Marriott in Fort Lauderdale and had a mixed experience. As a Gold Elite status member, I was initially disappointed that I did not receive a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. Although at first there was a dispute about if the gold elite status receives complementary upgrades or not, the Assistant General Manager, Albert, went above and beyond to remedy the situation, ensuring that I received the upgrade for the last two nights of my stay, which I greatly appreciated. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and friendly, especially with our dog, making us feel truly welcome. The property itself is clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and accommodating environment. Another highlight was Robert the bartender who made his own fresh syrups to make our cocktails as delicious as possible. He was friendly and very engaging. He even introduced us to Julian. He had maintenance man with an incredible voice. We stayed in a room with an ocean view, and it was fantastic. The balcony views were especially great, providing a serene and picturesque setting that enhanced our overall experience. One downside was the valet parking, which was quite expensive, even for guests. While the service was very nice, the cost seemed a bit steep. Unfortunately, during our stay, the fire alarm testing was going off during peak work hours. While we understand the necessity of such tests, it did become a bit of a problem, especially when trying to focus on work. Overall, despite a few hiccups, our stay was enjoyable thanks to the beautiful views, friendly staff, and Robert & Albert's excellent customer service.

What nice, clean and relaxing surprise.||W have stayed 2x this month. Both fantastic experiences. I met Kelly, Sharon, Matt and the other nice new guy (i forgot his name ayeeee) at the Front Desk because I continued to lose my keys and they were just great and engaging. We generally laughed every time I was at the Desk...a nice touch.||The Rooms...no me diga!!! They are like brand new. Huge bathrooms and PERFECT size fridge when you travel with a 10 year old. I had to drag my son from the mattress and pillows. Also met James and Keanu downstairs and around. They recommended the cafe Crema downstairs...no me diga x2!!! A very nice addition. ||On the way back, I got to converse with Mychal and Fernanda about the property and area. A ton of things to stay bust in this complex with the hibachi, shopping, movies, fountains for kids, nike, bowling, etc. The breakfast servers on both sides of the hotel are nice people to see first thing in the morning.||The gym is enormous, up-to-date, clean and had everything possible in there (all while looking over pool at the Guitar hotel). The pool is a quiet relaxing gem.||There are always guests in the lobby, but there's never a wait. The place is immaculate, but you never see it maintained. The place is fantastic. My son and I have a new stay-cation home.

The hotel itself is nice and modern. However, upon arrival the concierge who helped us was not very friendly. There was also a lot of fees.. that if I knew about, would have never picked this hotel. For instance the valet DAILY fee of 47$. There was also a “restaurant room charge” which I’m assuming, the only food we ate at the hotel, was the breakfast in the lobby that I thought was complimentary since it was mentioned about upon arrival, they never told us there was going to be a charge of 54$ for it. On top of that the breakfast food provided wasn’t even good. There’s a 25$ daily “food and beverage credit” which was pointless because we never got to use it and would‘ve been better if they just credit back that amount towards the room. Now the room itself was very clean.. Or so I thought, as soon as you opened the door there was a horrendous smell of wet rag mixed with something spoiled and sour. The floors felt dirty and my feet kept picking up dirt and I constantly needed to wash them. The only good thing I have to say about them is the location is convenient (but there’s a lot more other hotels nearby as well) and the valet guys were very nice.

New hote in the area, lobby and breakfast area are very nice, valet parking area, on the small size. Pool area nice, feel crowded because its cover most part but its nice. Rooms definitely my favorite, the balcony to relax, good amenities at the room. Each floor with a cold water and ice as well microwave station. Gym its nice!

Kennedy at the pool bar was amazing and took great care of us and at check in the lady who helped us (she gave me a card and I lost it) was so helpful and amazing as well. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a full length mirror in the rooms for us ladies. We need this. Also the bar at the pool area needs a fan for both customers and your staff. It's hot here in Florida in the summer and there was no breeze when we were there. I would have enjoyed a fan as would your bartender who is out there in the heat all day. Take better care of the staff in those cases please. Location is amazing and so are the amenities. The construction across the street is annoying, but not the hotels fault. I do recommend this location and eruptions stay again.

Fantastic service and great views of the beach. It is also great its right across street from CVS so you can grab snacks or anything that you need very quickly.||Ruben was fantastic. Super accommodating and friendly. He helped set our chairs up and was easy to talk too. Highly recommend! Good service goes a long way!
