My special needs 73 year old sister fell so I contacted Anwar and on a rush basis determined best multi camera setup to ensure life safety monitoring by our family. Gonzalo did the install of all 4 cameras and did a wonderful job with the installation. I was under time pressure to get this work done and Abstract Enterprises Security busted there butt to get it done. Great customer service. Now I have 1 less thing to worry about for my sprcial needs older sister. Thank you and highly recommend this talented team of professionals.

These people are very professional. He responded to my request same day and the next day all the cameras were installed and functioning in my house. Then they installed cameras in my three offices. And their prices are very competitive. My only regret was not calling them earlier. My wife and I wasted valuable money buying online cameras which we could never program to work. It was a lot cheaper getting Abstract Enterprises to install for you. Take this from a Family Doctor: Abstract Security is good for your wallet — and your well being. That is the Doctor’s order!

UPDATE: To clarify a point in the response: they "logged in and fixed it" the day after I left this review and filed a BBB complaint. For the nine months prior to that, I consistently struggled to get a hold of them. Also to be clear, we have not touched any settings since then. While they did adjust the recording settings, as of late last week, the system shows that it still only records for 21 days (not two months as promised). Given the total storage space available on the device, we believe our NVR is simply not capable of meeting this need (review photo), which means we were given a lower-quality product than we agreed on and paid for. Additionally, after they "fixed" it a few weeks ago, they also turned our audio recording off, which we had prior to them "fixing" it - and is also included in our contract. They also (not politely) requested I remove this review, which makes me wonder how many people have been bullied into removing bad reviews (and may explain the vast discrepancy in their reviews between the BBB, Yelp, and Google.) This has been the absolute worst experience with a service-provider, and once again, I highly discourage their services. ------------------------------------------------ We signed a contract with Abstract Enterprises in spring of 2022 to install 16 security cameras in our store. Our contract included a NVR that could hold 2 months of recording time. After they installed the cameras, I asked if the recording time worked, and they said I would see it after some time had passed (as in, obviously, it wasn't going to show footage from before the cameras were installed). Because the work seemed finished, I paid them what was on our contract. However, after about 3 weeks, I saw that it did not record past about 10 days or so. I reached out to them to ask them to fix it. It has been almost 9 months, and it is still not fixed. After they got their check, they mostly stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. If they did reply, it was to tell me they would come on this or that day - and then wouldn't show up. They have been extremely rude and disrespectful. Even that I could tolerate if they would just finish the job that I paid them to do. But alas, they have blocked my number and the issue remains unresolved, leaving me to hire someone else to fix their mess. Other reviews on Yelp have a similar sentiment of a lack of response and follow through after they get paid. I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services.
