I called about a software/hardware issue. Chris was amazing! I called early in the morning on Friday and I dropped off my tower and by the end of the day I had my computer back up and working!! Definitely worth it!

Professional and timely service. Didn't attempt to upsell, did exactly what was required at reasonable cost and in a great turnaround time. Much better service than Geek Squad. These are my guys now.

Talked to Chris and worked with Michael. Very knowledgeable. I had a charging port break. I bought the part online and Michael switched it out in under an hour.
