ABS has provided our IT support and service since January of 2021. We were completely renovating and remodeling the space we purchased for our offices, and they were actively involved with the design and installation of our IT system. We were on-line and functional on time and exactly as planned. Their continuing service, response-time and technical knowledge are excellent. Because we are a small business, we previously had always handled our IT in-house, but I will never regret the decision to go with ABS. We highly recommend them.

We have been partnered with Absolute Business Solutions for over 5 years. ABS is extremely knowledgable in the IT field. ABS manages all of our IT needs from hardward purchase/installation to managing our network & remote access, and solving any of our IT problems/questions. They are always quick to answer all of our phone calls, texts, and emails. ABS has taken the IT in our company from normal to extraordinary. Absolute Business Solutions has provided IT support services for Genesee A&B since 2017. ABS manages our servers, LAN, and individual workstations. They also manage our Office365 applications, IT security, and support our strategic planning. Uptime is excellent and resolution of user issues is always timely. In March 2020 our company was devastated by a tornado that destroyed our manufacturing facility and offices in Mount Juliet, TN. Fortunately, ABS was there to help, and our systems were operational again in less than 48 hours including temporary relocation of our servers to their facility. ABS continued to support us through our rebuilding efforts and relocation to Portland, TN. ABS provides IT support for small to medium size businesses at a level that most big business users could only hope for! Today, ABS continues to support our company as a trusted partner and critical member of our team.

ABS took over as our IT service provider a few years ago when we were having a lot of connection issues. They came is and quickly found the problem with some of our equipment and offered recommendations to resolve the problem. We upgraded the equipment and we have not had any issues at all. My internet is fast and all my computers run great and don't cause us any issues. All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they are quick to respond. I also appreciate their knowledge and understanding of the HIPAA compliance security that we have to maintain and are always making sure we are in good standing. I highly recommend their services for any company looking for an excellent IT provider!
