Three reasons why this company is great: many features and benefits when you work with this extremely diverse team. ABC Technology Group has been in business for over 35 years, was our First reason. Second was their ability to convert our old school telephone technology into more affordable better equipment that actually lowered our bottom line costs. I have been a customer for over 30 years. recently we decided to upgrade our system. Our representative did a survey of our needs and provided a proposal. Unfortunately he was unable to count the right number of phones to be replaced and the number of seats we required. As a result our cost was twice the estimate. If I had known the actual cost I would not have upgraded. We however, reached the point of no return. It took over 3 months for installation and he botched the implementation. One day we came Into the office and our phones were transferred to the new system with no training and no implementation. We are a healthcare practice and we were without phones and voicemail for several days. needless to sy this put our patients at risk.
ABC Tech Group and Security Tech, Inc., have been working together on many Security & Video Projects for over 25 years. They do an excellent job of Customer Service and Support for our Customers.

On Friday we had our internet service updated and somehow it messed up the lines in our phone system. Comcast came back out on Saturday and was unable to get it working properly again. I called Scott at ABC Technology Group on Saturday, they service our phone system, and he scheduled a technician to come out on Monday. Mark showed up and completed the repair timely and efficiently. We need all our phone lines up and working properly so that we can service our customers promptly. Thank you all for your great service to us.
