These three got to see Dr. Collins, two meeting her for the first time. She made them feel so comfortable and she took her time examining them all!! Except for the young woman who “greeted” us every single person was so sweet! And, all appeared to be in the perfect job because they were sweet to us and our little babies! Except for the cost, which we signed up for, I would highly recommend Dr. Collins and Abby Pet Hospital!

They are great with my dog & cat. The ER visit to vaccination was a pleasant experience under the circumstances. Several vets on staff so plenty of opportunities to get a time that fits our schedule, which is a little nuts. UPDATE: 1/26/24 I do NOT think I'm getting the concept of the text ahead/ make an apt online/ wait to hey CALLED IN. I thought that was to avoid wait time THERE. NOT the case.

Care was excellent, especially when I had questions and needed some collaboration in regards to how to best take care of my senior dogs. Wait was long, but I’ve always experienced that at the vet or even human doctors office.

Brought my cat, Leo, in to be neutered and everything went smoothly! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. So glad to have found Abby Pet Hospital. Thank you!

Amazing experience wonderful staff!! Definitely make you feel welcomed. I have a somewhat reactive dog so I was a bit worried. However they are very kind and caring. It feels very personalized and I received a packet after my dogs surgery detailing what exactly happened and her x-rays with further recommendations. I definitely feel like my dogs are getting the upmost care here.

Very friendly and caring staff. I feel safe taking my cats to Abby's knowing they will get the care they deserve. Updating my last review to include a huge thank you to the entire staff for saving my kittens life and his leg. I foster 6 kittens for a shelter. When I picked them up they were ages 2 weeks to 5 weeks. At about 3 months old one of our kittens had an accident and broke his leg. We immediately contacted the shelter and Abby Pet Hospital because we weren't sure when the shelter would be able to get back to us. Abby's was able to triage Twice the next morning and we found out for sure his leg was broken. The shelters response was that they wouldn't pay for any surgery and they wanted me to bring him in to euthanize him. Of coarse my response was absolutely not! Abby's was very supportive and caring! They took very good care of Twice and he is now fully healed and back to being wild and sweet. He's a little careful in his movements sometimes and has a permanent wire wrapped around the bone, but he's alive and still has four sets of toe beans! The best part is the cost for everything was manageable and reasonable! I trust them with all my furbabies, even the ones I can't keep.

Abby Pet Hospital is amazing! We have been going for years, we have an assigned primary vet so we see the same amazing woman every time and she knows our dogs which they love. The staff is so sweet that even though our babies all got shots they left happy and felt played with. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was very satisfied with the care given and the helpfulness of the staff. I came in as a walk in and we waited for my pet to be triaged to ensure her stability. After they assessed she was stable we were sent home to wait for our turn to see the doctor. I was initial concerned that we would not make the cut to be seen same day as a walk in but the doctor called me a few hours later with results and to prescribe medication based on the finding from the triage. Thankfully this meant I didn’t need to bring my pet back in. The doctor also followed up with me the next day to answer additional questions I had after picking up the medication which I really appreciated. Overall a great experience.
