First of all, they feel shady to me. They made a 5 star review on my account without consent. (This was at the time where my phone was being “repaired”). This is basically like this: Make fake 5 star review without consent (which feels illegal to me), spread the fake reviews to more potential customers, repeat. Next, they were saying that the screen needs to be fixed, when it looked perfectly fine. In conclusion, you shouldn’t go to this company if you want to repair your broken phone. RESPONDING TO THE OWNER UPDATE: I get your point, but still, I did not post this review while you had my phone. Did you do it? On your website, we did a reverse search of the people that work there and most of these people (except the repairer) work in other places away from CT. All of these reviews look suspiciously fake anyway, like you cannot just charge an iPhone SE in 10 minutes.
