What a place, what an experience. I’ve been doing indoor cycling like this in my own country for 4 years but always look forward to push myself to whole other limits and get crushed here. The class is high performance based, but Akin makes sure that you reach your own top of the mountain. Practical. There is no shower, but room to freshen up. Shoes are included and you can buy merchandise / gear at the store if on stock.
I really wanted to love this class. But my personal experience was frankly, quite miserable. I've been an avid spin cycle goer for 3 years now, and am by no means a beginner. In all the classes i've been to before, the instructor stays on the bike and clearly gives you instructions on what to do - they cue you in, they count, they give names for the moves they expect you to follow. The instructor for this class did none of that. He expected us to just know what to do with no instructions on the hand movements whatsoever and yes, maybe the front row all managed to do it after many classes with him, but how is that a fun or even doable class at all for someone new to AARMY? I'd have much preferred if he spent some time at least before class or in between each song to demonstrate all the moves himself, before expecting us to join in right at the start. He was also off the bike 75% of the time, which made it extremely hard to follow just looking at the person in front. Other than that, the bikes are new, studio is clean, locker room area was pleasant, and front desk was extremely friendly. The energy of the other riders was lovely and they'd turn around to give each other high fives. Unfortunately, however, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere where i can get some proper guidance and instructions. A workout class is meant to be challenging, yes, but it's also supposed to leave you with a sense of achievement which is frankly not possible unless you've been to 100 AARMY spin classes.
Was compelled to visit as I see it as the mecca of those who like rhythm riding and was not disappointed. In fact, if anything I was surprised as I did not know there were set coreos that the riding crew knew already so although a bit overwhelming to catch up to, it was an experience second to none as the 'army' is super supportive of each other and keeps on cheering each other on. Akin is an outstanding instructor, very motivational but if you are a beginner it may feel a bit overwhelming so choose bikes in the back and check the moves beforehand so that it feels more doable! The bikes and changing rooms were nice and clean and the lady that welcomed me at the reception was the kindest! Thank you for a memorable first AARMY ride :) hoping to be back soon!
Life lasting experience with one and only Akin. Everybody who is into spinning classes, this one is a different one as also includes so much arm movements and fast pace. Also, the studio is so big and has all the needed facilities. Would definitely recommend to try.
As my birthday present, I planned a few days of vacation in NYC and among the things I must do was to have a practice in person at Aarmy; and I can say that it was an experience that exceeded my expectations; I still dreaming and thinking it is unreal and I have no words to tell how much this place means to me. It is more than a Gym, it is a community, a place of transformation, here you came and your mindset change. The environment and energy here invites you to seriously believe that everything is possible, knowing that you are capable of achieving everything you dream of and beyond. With perseverance and a beautiful team behind encouraging you all the time, you absolutely go further. I took the bootcamp and cycling practice with Akin, a wonderful human being and a great professional, the effectiveness of the technique and the results are noticeable in the whole team; someone is always finding the way and go further. Needless to say, the facilities, the staff, the services, the coaches, the athletes, 10/10. I loved the experience and will definitely take the online classes while I live outside the States and NY (which is my dream one day). Thank you AARMY team! I love you lots!
Wonderful place to train and everyone cheers up on each other! It’s been my fav so far and I am trying a lot of places in different countries
Army in NY was awesome. I do indoor in Mexico and this is a hole new level. The class rhythm was vey advanced. I wish to live in my and go more often.
Went for a taster session earlier today. I’ve just moved to NYC and have previously been to SoulCycle and 1Rebel. What I liked: enthusiastic crowd, a little bodyweight work wrapping the towel around the handlebars, lots of high fives. What I’d improve: staff didn’t notice it was my first time (I had to tell them) didn’t give me shoes (I had to ask) and no showers so I ended up having to WFH rather than stink up the office. It’s good, it’s just not super professional.
The Ness is the best studio in NYC! Been a very consistent client for the last 6 months -classes- Very fun and stay challenging (I bounce several times a week and the classes are still varied + still a challenge) -instructors - EVERY single instruc

Out of all of the Georgian restaurants Iâve been to in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Mealz is the one that exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, not to mention the service was amazing. Overall, the environment was very comforting and friendly

One of the best bibimbaps Iâve ever had! Cozy space so there is not a lot of seating, but would get it as take-out if needed. Will definitely go back!
Tickets were crazy affordable, especially in NYC terms. I went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. It was wayyy cheaper than going to the movies. They had an amazing line-up and the retro 80s vibes were intimate and chill. Plus the come
Great, fantastic experience. My girlfriend and I came here for the first time during a trip to NYC and it's so great. The location at night in the winter at night was a bit unfamiliar but it's on a main street and near a subway entrance so that's a t
Eko is the best property manager Iâve ever met. He is very reactive and provide service as soon as possible. My 4 months tour in NYC is indispensable without his help.
Absolutely love F45 midtown location! The gym is huge and spacious, the equipment in great condition , and the instructors rock. Theyâre always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to injuries/ substitutions and I feel I get a great workout
Great class. All the coaches organize classes to push you but allow you to workout to your level. The workout space is not overcrowded and the environment makes you forget youâre actually running!
