A&W Restaurant - Fast food restaurant in Manistee - 133 Cypress St, USA

Have not been to an A&W in a very long time. It is not as good as I remembered. I ordered the fish and fries. It came with coleslaw. The coleslaw was the best part of the meal. The fish was so small and tasted like Gordon food service warmed up in the oven. Not in any hurry to go back. Also there was an older women working that seamed very grouchy and kind of rude to one of the younger girls working.

Nice old style A&W, service was OK and food was good. I like that they have house-made root beer.

My bf and me took my mom and a very good friend out for my mom's birthday. She wanted A&W and we don't have one anymore. We ALL miss the car hop restaurant, however... the food was Delicious And the establishment Was very well taken care of. It's about 30 miles for us to go Straight there... I turned this day into 80 miles one way 😆 Happy Birthday Momma...

My mom loves the chili dogs & mushroom swiss burger. The customer service today was subpar. At least say thank you or have a nice day at the end of sale.

A&W never disappoints with their frozen root beer. It gets 5 stars from me. The mini corn dogs, however were dry, the cheese curds were cold, and the burger was very greesy. The service was good, and the employees had GREAT smiles.

I absolutely love A&W! Awhile ago, I did have issues with a couple of staff members, but I noticed that this past yr, the staff is very friendly n the one that had a super horrible attitude is now gone (not sure of her name). So now I give this place 5 stars on everything! The food has always been great, n I've never had them make a mistake or mess up my order like so many other places do. Definitely gonna continue to go here!

Love love love eating here for something quick if I don’t have a meal plan! The food is amazing, never too greasy but very filling. The workers are sweethearts. Hazelle was very kind

Terrible service today. The tables were dirty when we came into sat down and there was food on the ground from the people who ate there previously. When my daughters made a mess with. Rootbeer float and we asked for napkins to clean it up the staff complained about how many we needed. Then as soon as we left the manager brushed past a member of our group saying loudly they made a mess at the table. The staff was also very rude speaking to us as our food was ready.
