A&W Restaurant - Fast food restaurant in Garden City - 32227 Ford Rd, USA

Food and root beer float was fresh and amazing. The fries were hot and fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly. Kids meal was great! Excellent experience here highly recommend! Also love the old diner style interior. Your food takes a lil longer to get done but it's worth the wait because they make it fresh to order!

A&W is severely underrated, only fast food place I know that serves either a non processed or very minimally processed chicken tender.. Place could use a revamp but doesn't bother me. (Maybe turn the heat up a little, the restaurant was cold) BUT the service in here by far out beats overall all fast food establishments I've been to. Sue to be specific was very helpful and kind when I was having a hard time navigating the menu. I was greeted when I walked through the door and the food came out so hot that I almost burnt my mouth (just kidding lol). Employees like that will continue to bring my business 👌🏻👍🏻🙌🏻

I use to avoid this place since the drive thru window is on the opposite side but I noticed the girls walk the order out to you which is nice! Decided to go inside and eat with my family. The prices are higher than your normal burger spot but it was worth it. 5pc chicken tenders (real chicken - not like mcdonalds nuggets), fries,& a drink cost 14.99. Seasoned , hot & fresh! I liked the A&W dipping sauce as well. Staff was very nice. The seating area was very nostalgic. I hope they keep it that way. My only complaint is that I wish I could order online ahead of time. Other than that , I will definitely start coming here more often!

I was one of the only customers inside, and I can see why. Posters haphazardly ripped off walls, furniture stacked about, the place was overall not the cleanest; notably, the smell. It smelled similar to a sewer. But, otherwise, the staff was so kind, they treated us with a kind casualty as if we were friends. The food tasted as delicious as I remember. I do hope they clean up a bit. It's truly a great establishment.

Food was ok/good Service Well I paid for extra ranch got two Tipped the lady well Had to go back in side and wait for five minutes for ranch (forgot the napkins they didn’t provide) Mean while the lady I had just tipped well didn’t ask hey did we forget some thing 🤷🏽‍♀️ smh

Stood in line for a half hour, with no one in front of us. Freezing in dining room. Food has definitely gone down hill, since it has been under different management.

The smell of the food being cook 🍳 😋 😍 was lingering into my window 🪟 😋 😍 🙌.(Starving) I ordered a Papa burger 🍔 😋 combo and a Footlong combo 😋 😀. Ordered three Coney dogs; received three Chilli only dogs; no mustard and no onions on them that I ordered. Worst Coney dogs I've ever had. Service was very poor; I asked about a bowl of Chilli and the employees got very confused. This location needs to close for training and reopen with a better understanding of how to serve good food. Unacceptable.
