I was frustrated at the 800 customer service phone call that I was on hold with for over 30 min - so I went to a customer service online chat, and after another 25 min they never replied to finish adding a vehicle to my policy. Decided to go in person to this branch and was really happy I did. Danelle was so professional and knowledgeable. She took care of everything quickly and she was a really nice happy person. Made me much better about the whole circumstance. Refreshing to interact with well qualified people.
My wife and I were very impressed with your office located on Lakemead and Rainbow. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. Also realized AAA is more than just a roadside assistance service and DMV. Auto and home insurance, alarm systems and more.

PATRICK is always a great guy to deal with... NEVER any complaints about the rest of the crew there either. PATRICK is the big sweet-heart, though. AAA, however, needs to start giving folks a break according to their personal driving history instead of lumping everyone together in a geographic area. Here in 'VEGAS if you go without an accident or killing someone there should be some recognition of your safe driving coming from someone and your insurance company should be first in line.
I came in to get my International Driver's Permit. Danielle took amazing care of me. I forgot to bring in a passport picture. She went ahead and took it for me in the branch. She made the entire experience enjoyable. I was in, and out, in fifteen minutes.
Steve is always a great help. He should be teaching others in office his knowledge. Think outside the box!
