A1A Travel Inn - Motel in Ormond Beach - 342 S Atlantic Ave, USA

This is a great bargain directly across from the beach. It was very clean. The beds are very comfortable & it is a well lit area. The owner is extremely honest as we accidentally left valuable jewelry in the room when we checked out and hours later when we returned he had it all packed up and ready for us.

Location was across the street from beach, the room was cleaned but lots of roaches, huge dead roaches so I thought ok dead is better than alive until I woke up the next morning and their was a live roach in my bag, unfortunately I won’t ever stay there again but check in was simple and for $102 I could of stayed at another hotel, this was last min trip so didn’t have much time to search hotels, their is a mini fridge in room no coffee maker but DD is a couple blocks away so no biggie:)

The room was pretty clean and quiet. A good no frills option right across the street from the beach. Can't get much more for $90 after tax. Well light area with cameras for safety.

I have stayed at this location a handful of times and I love it. The owner always greets with a smile, tries to give me the same room and is just such a sweet person over all. The Inn itself is always clean and we'll kept. As someone who frequents Daytona often I can honestly say this is one of the best value locations to stay at. Can not wait to go back again soon!!!

The owner was friendly. The price was not as friendly. We paid $120 for a night, included everything EXCEPT no ice machine, no morning coffee and of course no ocean view. Right across the street we could have had everything stated above right at $120. If I had made reservations the trip would have been a lot better. Better lower your prices or up the amenities.

We were down for bike week 2013. The rooms are very clean. The manager (Peter) put towels on the bikes each morning to wipe them dry. He makes each guest comfort his personal responsiblity. Hard to beat for the price, period. We will stay again when in the area. Good location to everything.

Owner was very kind & helpful. The room was perfect for the circumstances we were in. The bed covers had stains. Loved the location. Parking was convenient too.

I booked a room here for one night. Checking in was easy but I had a difficult time looking for parking. The doors are all standard key locks. I had a lot of trouble locking the door. The deadbolt was stuck so only the bottom lock on the knob worked. The bathroom was gross. The person that cleans this place needs glasses! The tub and sink was dirty. There were gobs of toothpaste in the sink and urine on the toilet. The walls and doors are dirty. There was also a roach in the shower. |I don't have anything positive to say about this place other than the bed was comfortable. I will never stay here again!
