I had a computer that crashed and couldn't get it up and running. He figured out it was dead, replaced the hard drive and re-installed Windows 10. Great work. 24-hour turnaround. Price was terrific. So good, that I'm going back today with another issue with an external hard drive not restoring data. I have confidence he'll get that data in no time. This is now my go-to computer repair shop.

This guy is super nice and awesome. I had to repair a broken USB stick and recover the files, and he had it done within a day and for a fantastic price. Copying the files over took a while because there were a lot, but we sat and talked about dogs for a while and had a good time. Definitely recommend this guy!!

Took my laptop here for repair. He kept it for weeks without reply. Once picked up, nothing worked (touch screen, keyboard or mouse). When I called to inquire, he screamed at me and refused to acknowledge his mistake. I just took the laptop to another repair shop where they explained that the work done by A to Z was as follows: replacement screen was crooked and attached backwards none of the cords were connected for functioning of touch screen, keyboard and laptop. They laughed at the stripped screws and super glue used to reconstruct my laptop by A to Z. Please avoid this place!

Basam is fantastic. I have taken my computer for minor and major items that were issues. Our computer was hacked and he always has a solution. He is very fair and very kind. I would recommend him without hesitation. Very Knowledgeable.

He once again did a great job for me when I had a problem with my laptop. While it is disappointing to have him move out of South Euclid, it will still be worth the ride over to his new location in the future when I need help
