Jeff from A-Tech Appliance is amazing. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem with the icemaker in our Thermador refrigerator after other repair companies had failed or refused to try. While he was here, he also looked at our front loading washing machine and candidly explained why it wouldn’t be cost-effective to repair it. (would require an expensive bearing repair). The only knock against A-Tech Appliance is that they have more work than they can get to. It took me a while to get an appointment with A-Tech, but it was definitely worth the wait. I’d much rather have a job done right than done right now. I can’t recommend this company more highly.

They were sent out by LG and Diagnosed the issue they determined the compressor was bad, waited a week even though LG had previously did a check and said they sent them the parts before A-Tech came out but whatever, they said they replaced the Compressor, Dryer and Computer. They however did not replace the computer the Technician then left knowing he had not installed the compressor correctly and all the Freon leaked out. I tried to speak with them and got hung up on the Technician told me and LG that they came back out and rechecked it (Which they did not) and it was due to a previous bug infestation I have had a exterminator contract for over a year after we had a plumbing issue causing bugs and fighting with landlord so the problem was not that and I knew the problem was an install issue because of the self diagnosis test you can run. So I called another company that stated it was one of the worst installs they ever seen he attempted to fill it with Freon and I could hear it leaking 20’ away. The good news is the parts were still usable so it was just labor to remove it clean the joints and braze it back in.

I used A-Tech recently due to an issue with my washing machine. The technician was very professional, courteous and right on time. He installed the new parts and tested everything to ensure the issue was addressed. I was very satisfied with A-Tech and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

The folks at A-Tech were very kind and helpful. Upon sharing the model number and serial number of my refrigerator they discovered that my refrigerator was still under manufacturer's warranty so my parts and labor were of no cost. The parts came in the very next day after the initial service call, and I scheduled the installation for the following week. The repairman was cordial. He called 15 min prior to arrival, and was on time, knowledgeable and went straight to work. He had my refrigerator back up and cooling properly in a very reasonable amount of time and left no mess. I appreciate how this company operates and the helpful people in the office who helped arrange for the repair. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Good news: Dryer fixed. Not so great news: $350 for 45 minutes of labor and a $35 part. I did approve the estimate before they started work assuming that it was a very labor intensive job. Apparently, they use "industry standard" pricing rather than actual labor hours worked. I was told over the phone that a $129.95 service fee for showing up and diagnosing the problem would be charged. I was also told that if I used A-Tech's services after that, that the $129.95 would apply to the repair bill. Just FYI. Tech very nice and polite and knowledgeable

I was very impressed with the professional service I received from A-tech. The customer service representatives I spoke to on the phone were both knowledgeable and helpful, and they were able to schedule a service appointment for me quickly. Tyler, the technician who came to my house, was also very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and make the necessary repairs in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the service I received from A-tech, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs technical assistance.

Jeff has repaired 3 of my appliances. I will ALWAYS request him, if I need any appliances fixed in the future. He really knows what he is doing and takes the extra time to check out the appliance thoroughly, before he leaves. I appreciate his expertise and kind manner. The technician was a great guy and very friendly and very professional. Pleasant to work with. However, the initial problem was not fixed but had gotten worse. Perhaps this particular GE product requires a GE certified technician. Contacted A-tech and they referred me back to the Warranty and the Warranty people referred me to a different company altogether. Awful experience so far. We are still without a washer almost a month now.
