Rented for a week 400$ . I got a small pocket sized rooms, the cable box didn’t turn on, the WiFi is too poor to connect. The air conditioner top/cover hanging over the bed fell off on us overnight. They refused to switch out the room & no refunds what so ever. They prefer cash so you can’t dispute anything with your bank. Lesson learned also roaches behind dressers

THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES. me and my finance checked into a room yesterday, paid for a full week ($425!), and as soon as we started moving into our room, i saw one in the bathroom and me and my finance saw one in the dresser in the bedroom. when we go to request our money back it says “no refunds”. needless to say, i WILL be getting my money back through the BBB.

The person checking us in made us feel like completely unwelcome jerks. The room was tiny, most of the TV channels were blocked, thee bathroom door squeaked, the beds were hard, the toilet paper roll was missing and the wifi didn't work. The bedsheets smelled like detergent in a bad way and the sheets were stained up. When we got as settled as we could we went outside to look around at the grassy courtyard in the back and the check in lady pounced on us out of nowhere and yelled to stay out of there "it's our property!". Ok, if you don't want people going there maybe put a sign? It's not like we happen a fence, there's a path leading back there. I was taken aback by her anger and said fine, I just need the wifi password. She practically screamed that it was on our receipt and stormed off. Through some trial and error I found it, it's the phone number for the motel, with no indication that it is a password. I'm so sorry this woman has to deal with guests while running a motel. Absolutely terrible. I might recommend this place to my enemies.

I stayed here for a month . Paid daily faithfully the nightly rate . When I checked in and went into my room, the stench of smoke was over whelming the face to the a/c was broken, errthing had sumn wrong wit it

You definitely get what you pay for. You can tell they are trying to fix it up, although paint was chipped, broken lamp, some outlits didn't work, and more little things. All would have been fine for the price. BUT the bed was so hard to sleep on. There was no box spring, so it felt like sleeping on plywood.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. My elderly father needed a motel and booked the first one he seen. I traveled to visit him a few hours after he booked it. His room was covered in roach bodies. I told the women at the front desk who took me to see another room. This room had live roaches. The third room she showed me only had roach legs. She tried to convince me that this was a clean room. When I asked for them to refund my father's money, she declined using their no refund policy. To which I asked if she let's her guest know upfront about their roach infestation? If you are desperate and need a place to stay, don't bring your things in so you can avoid bringing these little travelers home with you.

Rented the room for 2 weeks. First week 560 and was told it would drop down . Second week it did drop down to 425. Rented room from Sunday to Sunday. Spent the night out of the room on Friday to come back to find on Saturday my room had been rented. my bike and other things were taken . I went to office and was told to call the cops because she didn't care. Called the cops and was told it was a civil matter. I have stayed here many times and always felt welcome. New owners wake up and check your office people.

We needed a place to stay for 2 nights while visiting my new extended family. The online pictures showed a renovated room with a decent bathroom, mini fridge and microwave. When we arrived, there was no one there at the office to check us in. The "office" reminded me of the padlocked area in front of a pawn shop with only a small window to speak through. When the office person finally arrived about 15 mins later, they gave us a room that had not been renovated, and in a word it was awful. The TV did not work, the bathroom was dingy and dirty and the room was poorly lit and depressing. The AC unit was right next to the bed, and it had 2 settings...off and FREEZING. We were not surprised when we found bugs in the bathroom later, but we also found bugs in the BED. Ugh...what an awful night! The next day my boyfriend contacted the owner and respectfully demanded a different room. We were moved to a nicer one that more closely matched the online photos, but our previous sleepless night left us in a not-so-good mood. We did get an apology from the owner the next day, but he still tried to charge us the full price for both nights. Needless to say we did not pay for that first night, and we will not go back to that place. It is located on a very busy road, and the motel is split into 2 buildings on either side of that busy road. I think once the renovations are complete it will be a decent place to stop, but traveler beware...always ask to see the rooms before you trust the online photos.
