I can not say it loud enough. RUN! There wasn't anything nice about this place at all except for the outdoor pool. Our room was suppose to sleep 6 adults which included the sofa bed which wouldn't even pull out and a Tundle Bed which was broken. On our 3nd day there we found a roach crawling on the wall. We sent them a picture in text and they said they would contact the owner and would update us. We still haven't heard anything but they made sure to send a text saying thank you for your stay. The place had 3 forks. Yes 3. The so called sofa bed had a cover on it that was filthy. They gave us 6 towels, wash clothes and hand towels for 7 of us for 5 days. The refrigerator was either to cold and freezing our food or not cold enough. I'm thankful we brought some of our own pots and pans because theirs were unusable. One of the chairs on the very tiny deck arm was broken off and gone. The divider which was suppose to be for the Tundle beds privacy was also broken. I'm 5'3 and 108 pounds and the shower was tiny for me. The water pressure was just as bad. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Also 2 resepticals didn't work and one was coming out of the wall. And of course the remote didn't have a back on it either. The wifi was horrible. As stated above please DO NOT stay here.
This place is old AND ugly. Its design is awful, but the 1 bedroom could sleep 5. The place is built on pilings with multiple fire/ storm doors protecting each 8 units, making the interior halls dark, dank, and a little creepy. Our 1 bedroom has a long narrow corridor between the master and the living room, and in that corridor is the galley kitchen. The floor in front of the refrigerator has a soft spot; I think the kitchen linoleum is actually a type of cardboard. I'm afraid my foot will go through it. The refrigerator handle is on the wrong side of the refrigerator door; you have to go into the living room to open it. How stupid is that? I found a dead roach, I'm sure in a place as old as this, there are plenty more where he came from. Early this morning, I reported the kitchen had no frying pan, but none had arrived by late afternoon. The master bath toilet paper holder is broken, and the sliding screen door screen is a complete wreck. I'm so glad we're here just one week!
Wonderful experience in all what a great place to vacation. Friendly folks and the beach surrounding is spectacular. However...although a great location and building concept, the cleanliness and upkeep could have been much improved upon. The rooms are nice a cozy with amenities and placement is very neat but the floors were dirty and the bath areas haven't been properly sanitized in a very long time. Would stay again but definitely would expect extra time for sanitizing to personal liking. All in all....go and enjoy it.
We checked in yesterday. Rooms are decorated well. Having trouble getting tv's. Will call Spectrum tonight. Great size for two people. Small maintenance issues. Love the kitchen countertop.
The facility is a nice concept, however... Our room was dirty. The shower looked like it had years of soap scum built up on the shower doors. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned out in ages. The bed didn't have a mattress pad on it. The floor hadn't been swept in ages. The couch and bathroom walls had stains on it. The running boards have not been deep cleaned in forever. Dust bunnies everywhere. The pools closed down too early. And kids were allowed to run amuck in the indoor pool area. We enjoyed our stay after I bought some bleach and made our space a little more sanitary. I doubt we would ever stay again. Probably would have had better luck at a hotel.
We loved our stay at this location! Really good amenities and pretty close to the beach. It was like a five minute walk from our room to the ocean so that was nice. My ONLY complaint is that there weren't numbers visible on the outside of the buildings so we had to do some exploring to find our unit. I'd definitely come back again.
I'm sure this is a great place in the summer months. We were there in November so weren't able to use any of the amenities. Smaller than expected and the second bedroom is so tight with the two beds, I don't see how the beds could even be made. Common areas smell of cigarette smoke.
What a great concept poorly executed. I love the interior walkway, but one tiny elevator at the far end of the building? Horrible staircases. The rooms were well cleaned (excellent staff) but you can see how uneven the building is.
The indoor pool is heaven. Best time to go is late summer when the crowds are dying off.

This trail is nice, it has about everything that you would want to see. I enjoy this trail. It's not a difficult trail but it's also not for the faint at heart. Less than 4 mi through wooded areas and beach dunes. Dune area trails are packed well. Do
Went in (first timers) found a great selection of kites, wind socks, flags and all kinds of goodies. And the gentleman (Donald) was just super friendly and fun to chat with.
Love this place! Everyone in the shop is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have great bait and tackle at a very fair price. Shout to Ross for offering to help push my Ford if it breaks down in the parking lot!

Coming from Syracuse, NY, the bars I'm used to have a very different vibe, and price point.
You want a hipster bar with leather couches, pay to play pool tables, a cigar lounge, snobby bartenders who only look at the young pretty people, and drinks t
