A.J.'s Club Soda - Bar in Peckville - List bar-b-que items, 1017 Main St, USA

Great food, excellent staff. This was or first visit and we will be back to try more delicious food. Back for a second visit 2 months from our last visit and this place lives up to expectations. Great food and great people.

Fantastic food and service for a decent price. We dined at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon and the place was pretty empty. Don't let this fool you! While their menu is full, and a tad overwhelming, with so many different options from sandwiches to pizza to pasta and BBQ. We stopped to try the BBQ so that's what we stuck with. We ordered a BBQ platter for $14.99 with ribs and chicken as well as a pulled pork sandwich with 2 sides ($10.99). The BBQ platter came with french fries, a small cup of coleslaw, and a small cup of baked beans. The ribs were excellent with the perfect char on the outside and flavored well enough to eat without sauce. The chicken was flavored well but a tad dry. The french fries were amazing, the best we've had in a long time. They were battered or double fried, not sure which, but they were delish. The beans were pretty tasty too, with a great full flavor. The coleslaw was decent; not too sweet and not too full of vinegar. The pulled pork sandwich was great. For my personal liking, I added a bit more BBQ sauce, but otherwise it was flavored well and tender. The sides chosen were brussel sprouts and coleslaw. The brussel sprouts were delicious; perfectly steamed and served with butter, garlic, and cheese. Our server was great too. Awesome welcoming personality and helpful with our orders. The building wasn't much from the outside but has been redone on the inside. The bar and tables were all very nice. The decor was interestingly all over the place, no theme, but that doesn't really matter. We will definately be back.

Great place! Huge food and drink menus with lots of choices. A.J's had a nice atmosphere and is always busy. Definitely one our first choices in an area with plenty of other bars/restaurants nearby. Try the "Bubbas Famous Chocolate Martini". We have become regulars at A.J.'s and go there once a week. Service is outstanding!!

The food is fabulous!! Service is awesome, the servers always go above and beyond, to make you feel at home.. the owner is awesome

Poor service all around. Waited over an hour for our food. My drink was room temp by the time our food came out. It was only brought to us after we complained, to which we were told they only had 2 cooks working and we should have called ahead if we wanted faster service. I gave it 1 star because our actual server seemed nice and was fairly attentive.

Second visit canceled out the first experience. First experience the place was a little empty got great service from the owner and the food was excellent. Second time went back with friends, place was rowdy, food was barely passable, and the bar tender was a crook. Wouldn't risk going back after the last experience, too bad I wanted to find a bbq place for me and the guys. We're still look elsewhere.
