I've been coming here since I moved to WI, food still good and staff still awesome, quantity is going down so the presentation and is looking darker than usual. The place needs a beat of love. Anyway, I ordered the blackened Lake perch and portions (3) very small and tons of bones, so be careful. The onion rings were really good. My baby had the bone in chicken wings also good. My husband had the fighting Irishman burger medium rare. It was cooked perfectly and was the perfect amount of spice. With 4 bears (hacker pschorr) the bill was 85 dollars

Went here for dinner with a friend. Friendly staff and quick service. Taco was good as was the drink captain and coke. Waiter was friendly. Kind of dark on the inside. There is seating outdoors too. Plenty of parking in the back. Good music playing. Clean restroom.

Cute place with a waterfall across the street which made a neat atmosphere but unfortunately tonight the service wasn't there and the food was just okay. Our server walked past our table multiple times while we sat with empty drinks. Took long a time for our drinks and food to be served to us. We ordered appetizers. Our cheese curds weren't cooked. We asked if we could get a new order. When the server brought us our new order she told us we needed to separate them and not let them sit so they didn't melt together like the first order. Trust me we waited long enough for our food the first time around. We were excited to eat them but they were presented already melted like that by a young gentleman who seemed to be the only one cooking in the back due to the long wait😒. We like to try new places but unfortunately I wouldn't go back due to the way were treated. My fish tacos were sloppy and poorly made. The servers seemed more worried about sitting around talking then being attentive to tables.

The food and drinks were great. I ordered a reuben combo with pub fries which was excellent. The pretzel bites with beer cheese was piping hot and amazing. I tried the irish smash which was great. We had to flag down a server initially to get a menu as we had a child and didnt sit at the bar but did a table. Server was great otherwise but she was busy likely only waitress. There was no music playing which gave the atmosphere a bit off. But great food would go again

Over all great experience. Friendly server. We ordered perch and pan seared white fish. Good seasoning but a little greasy. Good potato pancakes. My dad enjoyed the clam chowder, more of broth not really thick, FYI. Like the side options. Honey butter with rolls, yum.

Took my brother and out for lunch... Gorgeous setting! I guess I've been away from Wisconsin too long.. I forgot about fish Friday! The (lightly) fried perch.... Could have been better, unless I had Smithwicks pint with it, Which...I did 👍😃

Stopped here with my pub pass on the way through town. Plenty of parking In the rear. Right across the street from the waterfall in Menomonee Falls. Walked in and asked if I needed to wait to be seated as it looked like they were serving food as well. She told me to seat myself and said someone will come find me. No one came so I ended up getting my own drink at the bar. They were tapped out of my first choice so I got something else. Went back to the service station and asked if I could get a menu she said she be right there. And then she never came. Figure, I'd finish my beer and leave. Place was gaudy with money hanging from the ceiling, lots of tvs, and slot type games. Felt like a dive bar. On the way back to my car someone was throwing a bag of trash from the second story fire escape into the dumpster. Classy.

Downtown Menomonee Falls staple. Consistently great burgers over the years in the Falls. My favorite so far is the Jameson Burger: Muenster cheese, sautéed onions and mushrooms, and topped with AJ's signature Jameson sauce. The cheese curds were great with the "dill ranch", the Irish Nachos are great to share, and the fish frys are great also. The trivia is fun on Wednesdays and the BYOBurger day is a great value.
