Ended up coming here to see room prices cause I had driven for almost 12 hours. Man said it was going to be $161 Dollars, I told him that was a bit out of my budget and I was going to look somewhere else, he asked me how much I was looking for and I told him my range, which he then says “Well no where is going to let you stay for free.” To which I told him “I didn’t say Free, I just said your price was an out of my budget.” And promptly left. After oooking at reviews and photos I’m glad I took the extra drive to go to Boulder City. Man at the front desk needs a serious lesson on customer service and to be more compassionate
Clean enough but poorly lit room, no spare blankets or pillows, nor did we have even a blow dryer. Staff was friendly though and while the room was clearly not worth the price we paid, other places cost a great deal more so for a couple nights, I guess I would say it was good enough, but I can’t recommend it.
To date, the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Location is okay, management is rude and nasty, and the rooms are overpriced and absolutely filthy trash. Found a used contraceptive wrapped next to our bed.. so the room clearly wasn't cleaned well before us. The room smelled funky as well, it was sickening and these people DO NOT deserve your money.
Bate's motel in real life. Horrible place, sandwiched between used car dealerships, so hard to find. My colleague hates casinos and picked this motel instead, instant regret. Washers and dryers outside??. Clerk insisted my colleague pay a fee for me being there to drop him off. Place was dirty, dingy and smelly. Room smelled of smoke and mildew. Dirty carpets, just a nightmare. You can tell the owner does not put any money back into the motel. My colleague did not want to stay after inspecting the room, so he spent the weekend at my home. This place was expensive as well. Just don't.
This is a very expensive Motel (115 USD the night !!!!). Don´t stay here, it´s expensive, there is a weird smell on the room, and for the price I paid I would have expected something more fancy and cleaner. The only thing I recognize was good is the bed, very comfy, but that´s it.
This was honestly the worst customer service I’ve never experienced in my whole life. The lady started off with lying about availability when we were on the phone with her 5 minutes before. When I pointed that out she changed her mind. The whole time she has the worst attitude. I don’t get mad easily at all, but she really got on my nerves with the tone she was talking to me. I will never return here nor recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Yes this place is ancient, but clean and safe. Managers were very accommodating. Bathroom and shower were surprisingly large. Bed had obvious crinkly plastic mattress cover but didn't really hinder sleeping. Dorm size fridge and microwave in room. Good sized wall mounted tv. Overall good place for a nights rest away from the downtown Vegas nightlife.
We paid $75 dollars per person at this hotel, it was 4 of us. It was the only available hotel at that price. When we went to the room ut ws absolutely disgusting. It was dirty, no toilet paper, just one soap and liner for the toilet, we were lucky to get one set of towels for all of us. The heater wasnt working and it was patched up with black tape, so were the walls and batroom door, full of wholes. The room was tiny and smelled strange. The best was very uncomfortable and it was covered with only the sheets, It was cold! It was a very depressing view. We couldnt get our money back so we stayed. We left very early to eat and left my 18 year old brother sleeping in the room. They called my brother one hour before the time we were supposed to leave to remind him. We got lost and couldnt make it back where the hotel was on time and they had kicked out my brother from the hotel and asked him to pay for another day if he wanted to stay the extra hour that we were late. He paid them the extra hour and stayed inside because it was raining and there in no where no go around there, their lobby was wet since the roof is dripping. As soon as we got there they went inside the room and wanted to clean it and I told them to get out since we had paid the full amount for one day eventhough we were not staying. They are nasty peopl!I forgot to say they were roaches in the bathroom and they only pick up the visible trash from the floor and straighten the bed linens without changing them!!
I never thought I would ever pay over $200 to stay at a Motel 6, but New Year's Eve it got us off the road. Service at the front desk was excellent. Room was clean.
