Gloria at A+ Computer Service is extremely knowledgeable when repairing Computers. She has managed to bring my HP PC back from the dead twice now. At least last time it was a Windows update problem and not me. Great service and competitive pricing. Plus Gloria is just a sweetheart.
Gloria is a miracle worker! My laptop was down for the count and I needed to take it on a business trip with me. Gloria diagnosed the issue in a short timeframe, communicated with me right away and fixed the issues all within a 2 hour window! 24.08.18 I was very satisfied with the service I received from A+ Computer Clinic. Initially, I chose them over the multiple shops in Port Charlotte because of their 30 years of experience. The diagnosis was delivered promptly (I was barely back home) and the needed part was in stock. However, further investigation of my laptop's systems revealed a second problem. The part to fix this had to be ordered. Again A+ impressed me. Their supplier delivered the next day. So, a two day turn around to refurbish my computer. All for a cost that is a fraction of the cost of a new equivalent laptop.
I first used A+ while visiting Florida this winter. All of my computer issues were rapidly and efficiently solved, and at very reasonable prices. This in itself is a blessing. Yet through continued contact with the owner while I am no longer in Florida, I have been able to continue to resolve my computing issues. The owner, Gloria C. in addition to being a great technician, is a patient teacher! What a parlay!!
She asked me if I knew how to turn my laptop on and off. She assumes everyone is a complete idiot. My issue was an easy fix (my laptop had gotten frozen in sleep mode). I actually have a 4 year degree in Information Technology, but had never experienced my laptop going completely black suddenly. So I am an idiot because it was an easy fix. Condescending beyond my comprehension. I could have done a Google search on my phone to figure it out, so I panicked and learned a good lesson.
As a snowbird who brings his computer for my Florida visits, I was delighted to find out about, engage, and use A+Computer Clinic to solve ALL of my computer issues. While traveling to the area I accidently dropped my laptop onto a
