Excellent workout! I like that there are no scheduled times. The routine at each station change daily. It's an incredible amount of variety. You don't need to plan your workout, its all done for you. Just come in spend 30 minutes and feel pretty good about yourself. Definitely worth checking out.
Its a great place and easy location. Mom and I went for the trial run and loved the experience. They answer all your questions and are genuine people! everyone is really nice and you don't feel like the last kid picked for kickball. They accommodate lots of shapes/sizes and if you need to take it slower they help with that too. Im 23 and suck at lunges, but they don't judge me for that! :)
I love everything about this gym!!! Workouts are quick and burn a ton of calories! Fits perfectly into my busy schedule. I love the owner, Jacquelin is supportive in your goal and will do whatever she can to help get you there!
I love it here! Jacquellin is super high energy, friendly, conversational, and truly takes the time to get to know each person! It’s a fun workout that shakes things up! I can tell I’ve gained muscle and am happy with results! 10/10!

9Round is awesome! The trainers are all super helpful and very quick getting to each station to explain the exercises. I’ve been to a ton of gyms and group fitness classes and 9Round is a perfect balance of being able to work at your own pace while also being motivated by the “group atmosphere” of having others surround you. The heart rate monitors also help you watch your own work rate and stay in zones that will match your fitness goals. Best gym around!
9Round is an amazing workout! The environment is welcoming and very straight forward. Patrick does an excellent job of coaching you through the moves, one step at a time. Weather you are looking for a whole new routine or something to supplement what you’re already doing, 9Round is going to give you the challenge and changes and RESULTS you want!
