9Round has been such a fantastic experience for me. For a long time I struggled with finding a workout routine that I could commit to. I wake up every day genuinely excited to go to 9Round. The trainers are all fantastic and supportive. I had no idea what I was doing (still sometimes don’t) and they’re patient and encouraging. I just had my 25th workout recently and I have noticed a difference in both my weight and overall fitness. 9Round is great!
