If you are looking for a place with trainers that actually care about you and your workouts this is the place. Some of the best trainers I have seen that really take their time to make sure you have a fun, beneficial, and most importantly safe workout. They really push you to your limits and encourage you during workouts when you want to give up or quit. Specifically Jonathan, Sean, and Maryam. Although all their trainers are great. I am a very beginner level when it comes to kickboxing and I have learned alot. Great studio and trainers. Highly recommend.

The energy in this place is amazing! What makes it even better is I am able to get a good 30 min workout on my time. No schedule to adhere to, no class size limits, just walk in, be a badass, and leave a stronger person. All the trainers are great and bring their own energy and style to every workout!

This review applies to the Laguna Niguel and San Juan Capistrano locations. I haven't seen or experienced anything like this gym before; getting a trainer with every single workout is just amazing. They keep you motivated and make sure you're doing exercises properly. They also help keep it fun. The workouts are always great too, since they hit pretty much every part of the body each and every day. And for only 30 minutes of your time (although you don't have to stay that long, or you can stay longer), there's no excuse not to get a great workout and lose weight in the process. The pricing is also amazing when you consider how much a personal training session would be (roughly the same price for a whole month's membership at 9Round). They also have specials going on all the time. The people that work there are the best too! Very easy to make friends here!

I am a 9Round member at the Baldwin Park location in Orlandl, FL and am visiting Laguna Niguel. I wanted to get a workout in and was lucky enough not only to find a 9Round In Laguna Niguel but to also find an amazing owner and trainer in Jonathan Nazanin. He was incredibly welcoming and generous with his time showing me proper form on my punches and kicks. He is also one hell of a fun motivator. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I've been doing this workout for about a year and it's just amazing! There isn't one workout that I've done where I didn't walk out of there thinking it was awesome! Every time you come it's something different , it never gets boring! The staff is the best EVER!! All the trainers have their own unique way and they are all there for YOU to get a kick a@# work out !!

I was unsure about how diligent I would be at joining the place, but I will tell you... money well spent! The staff is so engaging and REALLY help motivate me. The workouts are vigorous and the results are fast! In a few short weeks, I saw my strength improving, and with the heart monitor system they incorporate, gave me goals and made my workouts more efficient. I also love that the staff really want to see me succeed. This is the best part...my schedule is super erratic at work so my times are not always consistent but with being able to show up at random times, I can always get my 30 minute workout in for the day. 9rounds is genuinely an entire body and mind workout. 9rounds helps you work on your mental and psychological together in one place. It challenges you to be the best you both physically and psychologically. Even if you show up and are not motivated, the trainers and your workout family help pump you up. You work the physical part of your body through the activities during the workout. You work out the psychological by punching and kicking out our frustrations and pushing your body to do one more rep. 9rounds is more than a gym or workout or physical exercise routine. The best part is you don't have to think about it, and it is all over in 30 minutes. You don't show up to a gym and say, what am I going to do today.

Went into 9Rounds in Laguna Niguel for my first time today. Not sure what to expect but needed something to jump start my boring ho hum work out routine, and to add a little variety. This proved to be the perfect place to add that excitement!! There are 9 stations, that when you hear the bell you proceed to the next exercise, and trust me it isn't easy, but the exercises are fun, challenging and super cool. Just what I needed to motivate me to take my fitness to the next level. You go at your own pace, there is always a personal trainer there to keep you focused and on track. I walked out of there drenched and in such a great mood having a super cool work out , try it , and get hooked :)you will be so happy you did !
