Derrick is the best trainer!!! He is very personable and pushes you (in a good way). The workout is quick (30 minutes) and enjoyable. It is so much better than my boring gym routine.

This place is a must try! 30 minute amazing workout that changes each day! Not only are the workouts awesome, but the owners are equally as great! It’s clear the amount of thought and energy that goes into planning the daily workouts and creating such a fun environment! I like the variety of workouts. Working out there was great with Derrick and Alecia. They do have a plan with your training. You get a free first workout, use it. It is great way to challenge yourself to get a great workout as well great for individuals who are just starting out on health journey.

Derek is a fantastic trainer! I love the atmosphere, everyone is friendly. You can go there according to your own schedule, which is important to me. I look forward to going there to workout and I always feel that I leave there after a good one.

I love 9Round Royal Oak! I love that the workout is different every day and the trainers are so helpful. I feel physically pushed each day, but the workouts can be modified to be harder/easier depending on your strength. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a fun gym that will give you a great workout in 30 minutes.

I love not having class times--you can drop in anytime & start your workout quickly. I like that the workouts change everyday & the trainers can modify the exercises to meet your needs. Also the central location right on Main Street in Royal Oak is awesome. I would definitely recommend 9R Royal Oak to friends & family!

This gym gives you the best work out sets, even on a tight schedule! Derrick and Alecia are always so helpful, making sure I get the best work out every time I come in. theres great energy, and great people! I highly recommend this gym!

Best workout/gym ever. I used to dread workouts. ..I never was much of a "gym goer", but I love this place! The trainers are amazing, always willing to help, and just plain fun! My day does not feel complete without my 9round visit now! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
