As a busy mom with a varying schedule, I don't often make it on time to exercise classes. Which is why 9round is perfect for me. I can jump in at any time. Love this place! Instructors are enthusiastic and encouraging. The music is always amazing and keeps me motivated.

Super convenient to pop in for a 30 min workout whenever fits my schedule. The personable and friendly trainers keep things fun and fresh with new workouts daily.

I signed up for 6months because I loved a specific trainer named Micah. After 4 sessions my trainer was gone because 9Round couldn’t afford to keep him. (Their words when I inquired where Micah was). I went to 3 more sessions after he left and simply did not enjoy the energy in the facility with Micah gone. The owner was running the facility. I have several reasons for not enjoying myself but one can simply say our energies did not align. That’s ok. In life we don’t always enjoy every person. Instead of being rude and telling the owner I wasn’t feeling her I quietly went away. Keep in mind I expressed that I only signed up because of Micah…. After that, I quietly went away, never returned. Closed my credit card and that was that. (My time in the gym was paid in full). I’m leaving a review because they sent me to a collection agency! I paid for the time I used in the gym. I wasn't feeling the owner. She was scattered every time I went back. Something was broken every time I was there, lack of focus with clients, low energy, mentioned they weren't making any money, the music was completely different than Micah's play list. Some energies simply don't mesh and that’s ok. I’m sure the owner is a nice lady. I just wasn’t feeling her energy and simply would not have signed up if not for Micah. I emailed them and the situation has not been resolved. Ignored actually. New staff is inevitable they said and they have no control over sending me to a collection agency. No concern for my mental state even though this is a place that promotes healthy lifestyles. Micah was the first person I put my trust into in a long time as I’m going through a lot of personal trauma. Enforcing a contract to this extent is a predatory business model. Be warned….Don’t sign up for memberships.

I've gone to 9round for 3 years now and have enjoyed every work out! The owners Jeff and Jenna have done a great job during this past year with the pandemic and meeting their customer's needs. Micah also is a wonderful asset to the staff and always motivates me to exercise to the best of my ability. The awesome staff at this 9round location is definitely one of the main reasons I still go to this gym. My physical and mental health would not be where it is without them or 9round.

The 9Round fitness method is a terrific combo of aerobic and strength training. In the 4 months that I have been going to 9Round, I have seen my overall fitness and strength improve significantly. One of the best parts about the system is that it is literally different every work out. And because of that, it doesn’t get boring and always stays fresh. And the trainer, Micah, is absolutely fantastic.

A great workout and lots of fun. The trainers, Micah and Jeff are very encouraging and patient, if you’re a newcomer. The workouts are different everyday so things never get repetitive. Classes are available at convenient times and it’s always easy to squeeze in a 30 minute workout.

I love the owners at my 9Round. They are friendly, energetic, and always helpful with finding a substitute exercise to meet my joint needs but still provide a challenge. They definitely put their customers first; I have been with them for 1.5 years. They have helped me come up with a plan to put my account on hold for a couple weeks when my dissertation was in its final stages and when I had recovery time from surgery. I love the personal touches. I feel at home every time I’m there; the workouts are fantastic!

Awesome gym - I joined to get back in shape postpartum, and the coaches have been so helpful adapting workouts for me. All levels are welcome here. Thank you Jeff and Micah!
