This place is amazing! The workouts are challenging, yet fun. The 30 minutes fly by. Dan and Victoria are perceptive trainers who know how to push you to your limits! Being able to begin the circuit workout as soon as you arrive makes this a convenient, easy-to-fit-in workout. It is empowering to punch and kick your way around 9Round!
I love that it’s 30 minutes, with the perfect mix of circuit training and boxing! Dan and Victoria are amazing and supportive especially for someone who’s just starting out at the gym! My friend referred me there and I love being able to go in when I want versus having a scheduled class.

This is the best gym that I've ever been to. It's super clean. The staff is amazing and I enjoy seeing them everytime that I go. They are very encouraging. Which helps you make it through the workout. It's great that as a busy mom that you can get a good workout in 30 minutes and feel good for the rest of the day!
Love this place! Dan the owner is such a kind and motivating person. Victoria and Maggie are great trainers, motivating and personable! The workout goes by so fast and it's fun and effective. It has me determined to go to the gym consistently!
9 round is such an amazing gym with a fantastic staff! Love the community of the gym. It is the perfect workout for me who has a busy lifestyle with only so much time to get a workout in. I always feel so accomplished after a workout at 9 round.
