I went through my first workout tonight. I was blown away! I was worked out harder than I have in years. The whole gym had GREAT ENERGY! Chris knows how to motivate and get the most out of someone in just 30 minutes. Very impressive!

I’ve been looking for a gym with a personal touch, a gym that will provide motivation and people to aid in my transformation. I got all that and more at 9 rounds in Laurel. The manager is super intense with a smile. She makes me feel like I can move mountains. When I feel like I can’t go on she’s right there pushing me pass my limits. I hate her while she’s training me but love her and grateful after I get done. The owner is super focused on the success of the gym. He looks for positive people who wants to be there, who has a passion for fitness. I love it here. I just love the vibes and the culture here. Trust me you should consider becoming a member. It’s worth every penny!!!!!

I started 9 Round about 8 months ago. I wish I would've known about it sooner! I love that it's a 30 min full body workout, the trainers are always so welcoming and encouraging and it always smells clean. I'm very pleased with the way my body is transforming and I would recommend any and everyone to join no matter your fitness level. I appreciate the trainers meeting you where you are when you first begin and encouraging you to improve in way that doesn't seem pushy but is effective! Love my 9Round family! All the trainers are amazing and the workouts are challenging. Everyday a new workout!! It’s a great environment with awesome members that are always encouraging you to push through. I have been a member for 4 years. Best feeling is when you complete the 9th round! 🥊💪🏼

I joined 9 rounds in October of 2022 working out every other day. I love that the workouts are always different, works the whole body in 30mins. I love that the trainers challenge you in varying ways. I started noticing a change in my endurance by the following month and change in form by the third month. The team is very friendly. It's always a great sweat therapy session. A great investment!
