I have had the best experience at 9 Rounds. They are so supportive and truly want everyone to do their best and improve each time. Not only do you essentially get a personal trainer but you become part of their family. I have recommended them to family and friends and if you aren’t sure they offer a free session and tailor it to your needs.
The trainers genuinely want to help you meet your goals to become stronger and healthier. I also like the 30 minute pace, get in and out. Because of that I’ve gone from working out 3 times per week to 5 consistently. Definitely seeing the results. Connie and her staff are excellent. They are passionate about what they do and are welcoming and friendly every time we walk through those doors. 🥊💪
I love how many calories I can burn in just 30 minutes! I was skeptical at first (I'm used to hour long workouts), but I am burning 600+ calories every time I step into 9round and I love it! It's also super convenient since there are no set class times, unlike other HIIT and kickboxing places. You can go in on your schedule and be out the door in 30 minutes!
You get a great workout that is already planned out for you in just 30 minutes! All you do is show up! You get assistance from club trainers.. but they don't push you over the top like you would find at a large gym. They understand your limitations and help you progress.
I look forward to going! I get a full body workout in 30 minutes and I think its fun. The staff is always helpful and kind. The facility is super clean and they are taking Covid precautions seriously. Easy to sign up on the app and they have early and late hours to accommodate everyone.
I absolutely love my 9Round workouts. The gym is clean and organized, the staff is friendly, helpful, and supportive, and the workouts kick my butt (in a good way!) Bring able to squeeze a 30-minute workout into my day is perfect and I leave feeling sweaty and strong!
Killer workout. You are in and out in 30 minutes and and the trainers are always pushing you to do your best and genuinely care about you and your progress. Facility is extremely clean too. Highly recommend!

Scott has created an atmosphere at this location that is motivating and fun ... yes! It’s fun to workout! All the trainers are very friendly and know how to guide and instruct for a great workout.
