New workout everyday. Trainers are awesome. Brand new to kickboxing or martial arts of any kind and I've been slowly getting the hang of it. Great, quick full body workout
I had a hard time finding a workout I enjoyed, until I came here! The owner is welcoming and truly cares about his members, the other members are kind and welcoming, and the gym itself is such a great vibe. I feel accomplished every time I walk out the door after a workout!
I love everything about 9R. I was struggling to lose weight and get in shape after having a baby and I accomplished those goals after joining 9R. The trainers are helpful and make things more challenging, the workout goes so fast, and best of all, there are no class times to adhere to.
Love Plymouth 9 Round. Always a great workout in a clean and friendly environment! Trainers are positive and motivating and I can get in and out and on with my day within 40 minutes.

I love this place! The owners Kyla and Neil are so personable and welcoming and all the trainers are great! I love that I get an intense workout in 30 minutes. You know that feeling of being sore in places that you didn't think existed? Yes, its that kind of workout! But its fun and goes by super quick! The gym is clean, has upbeat music and they have fun challenges every month or so. If you are looking for a HIIT, this is the place to go to!
I am a long time member of this amazing gym! This gym is amazing for so many reasons. From the always killer workouts, to the friendly owners and trainers, no scheduled times and always have a workout ready to go. You will always get a great workout and in only 30 minutes!
Best workout ever! And believe me I have tried them all! I have been a member at 9round in Plymouth for 5 years. Love that the workout is different every day! I never thought I could get a challenging workout in 30 minutes but after 1100 workouts it still challenges me every and the trainers are AWESOME! I’ve never had so much fun burning calories and getting in shape! I look forward to it every day!
