I had an amazing experience as a first-timer at 9rounds kickboxing gym! The trainer was incredibly welcoming and patient, making sure everyone, including beginners like me, felt comfortable. The atmosphere was energetic and motivating, pushing me to give my best during each session. The variety of workouts kept things interesting, and I could feel myself improving. If you're looking to try kickboxing, this is definitely the place to start.

If you’re looking for a great workout, this is it! This gym provides a full body workout combining cardio and strength training in only 30 minutes (but you can stay longer if you want!). Work at your own pace and fitness level with a trainer on hand to motivate you and modify the workout for your fitness level. The workout is fun and a great stress reliever as you punch and kick your way to better health! Just try it once and you’ll be hooked!

2024 update: 9Round Lexington is now 24/7!!!!! This brings up the convenience level for us working moms to a whole new level. The owner is also now offering workshops for anyone who wants to spend time really honing in on their technique. Great workout for busy schedules. Each session fits in a rewarding, intense series of training drills within a 30 minute block with a personal trainer on site to guide you through each station.

Very disappointing experience. I love the style and format. But the training was lacking and the follow up non existent. Hoping another location is better because I think I’d really enjoy it with the right personnel to tee it up.

The atmosphere is so upbeat and fun, it almost doesn’t feel like you are there to “exercise” but you are. I love the convenience of having a trainer without an appointment and getting the results of a 70+ min workout in a “regular gym”, in only 30mins. I usually workout in the mornings with Zach and he is awesome! He definitely knows his stuff and is very patient. All of their staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
