9er's Grill - American restaurant in Katy - 23225 Kingsland Blvd, USA

We were looking for a dog friendly place to eat. This place was perfect! Their outside patio is clean, nicely shaded, fresh with the fans going and strong locks on the gates. Great customer service and one of the ladies even brought my dog a big piece of bacon❤️, his favorite! Looking forward to visiting again next time we're in town, thank y'all 😊

Everyone was so welcoming and made is feel at home. Definitely a place to come again and try something new. Our food was all great and tasted fresh. I like how attentive the ladies that work there were. Every dish we got was a hit. One to go back to for sure. Try the Philli and add jalapenos, mushrooms and grilled onions... Soooo good. Burger was good too.

9er’s Grill isn’t always our first pick when we go out to eat, but it’s close, fairly priced, and the food is decent. Been coming to this location for years and the staff is always very friendly. They’ve obviously hired new people over the years, but everyone has always been very nice. The decor is pretty basic with local sports memorabilia, but it’s nice to see that they value the community and want to honor the local teams and organizations. If you’re ever in Katy, give it a try.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday, was wanting a good chicken fried steak and that is hard to find. Well it's still hard to find. Nice little place, you order at the counter by the front door then take your seat and wait for the food. The last that took our order was nice enough but she didn't seem to know everything, maybe she is new. The table top was tacky like they either didn't clean it off good or used a dirty rag. The wait wasn't too long before the food came. I ordered Chicken Fried Steak with Tator Tots. So the Tator Tots were good but they are good everywhere LOL. The chicken fried steak was a different story. The outer crust was hard, not in a good crunchy way, and was very salty. The gravy tasted like watered down black pepper, don't know how they did that. So overall wasn't very happy with my meal. Not sure if I will give them another chance, the rest of the first people eating around me looked good, but they have nothing there I can't get somewhere else.

( Warning ) Please hear me out, Before coming to this restaurant to eat, Please save yourself from the agonizing pain and diarrhea, I got food poisoning today from eating from here, Picked up my food and took it home, Chicken salad, Chicken fried sandwich, Fry's, Gravy, All poison, Food was bland and terrible garbage, Worst than any fast food chain I've ate from, But I was very hungry and ate it anyway, I am now suffering the consequences, My stomach is turning inside out and I can't stop going to the bathroom, I threw up once already, This place is a health hazard and dirty, I don't understand the reviews on here of how anyone who is sober and not high could enjoy this horrible place, Please take care of yourself and don't eat here, I may be going to the hospital....

We had a very good and fast burger today. The menu lacks some detail about the different burger names but we sorted that out. We needed a fast meal and this was great.

We love 9ers as it’s a good neighborhood restaurant serving breakfast thru dinner. They have daily special. They have nice dessert offerings. It’s good American food. Their seafood dishes / catfish especially is very tasty. Nice staff. Large patio to enjoy a beautiful day. Good coffee. Breakfast is very good. Good place to meet a friend to eat & catch up. Quiet enough for conversation. Large menu selections. Very good burgers too. They can accommodate a group of 10 or more either Inside or outside. Call ahead for larger groups is helpful to staff.

Service was great...she even showed us the special so we wouldn't over pay for a dish we were going to get. My club sandwich was so good...I could only eat half...its that big....we will definitely return to this location
