99 always has good food options with reasonable prices. We ordered garlic teriyaki boneless wings for our appetizer, very tasty. My friend got steak tips he said was good. I ordered the Vermont cheddar burger, very good 😊

I get similar dishes every time I go and they are ALWAYS fantastic! Doesn't matter which lovation I go to - the quality is ALWAYS great! The buyer(s) must be really talented and the chefs etc too! I often get fish and chips and the fish ALWAYS tastes like they just got it off the boat! Great for a good price! Love this chain!

Recently I had a chicken pot pie lunch and it was very, very good. The pie crust was excellent and it had more than enough chicken and vegetables and oh so steamy! Service has always been good considering the shortness of staff that a lot of restaurants are experiencing.

My husband and I come here and always have a great meal and service. Not tonight. The garlic teriyaki wasn't very good.. First it was under cooked to my liking, I asked for med well. 2nd it was real tough to cut. My husband offered me half of his sandwich and he took the steak. He also said it was tough to cut and chew .. then I was asked if I wanted another beverage, I was having a beer. They had to go look for more because the bar area was out of stock. Well, they were completely out. Not a good experience tonight ... Sat and college playoff weekend all 12 TV's had the same game on. Hopefully the next time, things will be back on track

I pulled into the takeout area last night was so sick we tried to go in but I just couldn’t! There was a boy taking out takeout to the car next to me I flagged him over asking how do I order through the internet he said he could take our order he did he was so efficient and just genuinely kind what a great asset to the 99 I’m embarrassed I didn’t get his name but he made a bad experience for me and my daughter so so great!!!

Monday night dinner was mediocre. Burger over cooked even though was asked how i want it cooked. DONT ASK IF YOU CANT COOK IT RIGHT. half serving of fries, or may i expected more.... Wife's baked stuffed shrimp was not bad. The 99 seems like its stuck in the 70s-80s and could use a facelift, SOON!

Dined in restaurant with a friend. Waitress wasn’t the nicest but we dealt. Ordered to go for my husband and spent over $36.00 for king tips and fries and never got the fries at all. Customer service needs to be better

I got the All Star burger. It was SO good. It was juicy and very tasty. I didnt want the bun and they accommodated me, serving it on the plate. It was a great burger! We will be back.
