Went here for a double date and it was great! There was a 20 minute wait but it was Friday, so not bad! The service was a bit slow at first but again it was busy as heck. Ordered fried cauliflower and cheese moons for an app and both were SUPER! I got the chicken and steak and was a bit disappointed by the "amount" I got, it ended up being plenty but I believe the plate should be smaller so that it does not look so sparse compared to my friends plates. Everything was cooked great and the waitress was super nice! The atmosphere was pretty laid back but definitely super loud. It was a great experience for a chain restaurant!
Ask for Ashley she is the best, the people who work there are friendly and professional service. The fish taco was wonderful, the burger with cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickles. Don't forget the fries.
Overall I'd say "meh". The 9s is never going to be a fine dining experience, but the strip steak and lobster casserole looked better on the menu than it did on my plate. The lobster casserole was a little short on the lobster (which had been frozen- a real disappointment here in Maine) and the steak was tough and full of gristle. There are meals that are quite good, but this wasn't one of them.
Great spot to meet up with friends for a quality meal that won't break the bank. The service was great and the staff was friendly. I had the steak tips with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My wife had the cheddar burger with fries. Our grandson had pasta with red sauce and a side salad. All were served hot and done to our liking.
The food was good, the service was good and quick. Very enjoyable.
Friendly, easy to mobile order, except they didn’t put any utensils in the bag or ask if we need any. My bad, my balsamic chicken and mashed potatoes still tasted good. 🤣 fries are better fresh, mastic burger is just that. Good meal over all.
The service was great to be expected due to it being busy . Only had to wait about five or so mins to be seated. Had to wait a while to have our drinks served at the table then waited on silverware as well, our salads were good but a little brown, too much dressing for size salad...but for me I like a lot of dressing but still did not use it all. Our dinner came before I was even finished with my salad, then realized my husbands steak was over done and burnt on the outside, his baked potato was tiny...lol and my seafood was rubbery and a little on the burnt side. We had been there before and all was great but this time not so much, very disappointed indeed. The quality and quantity of our meals has diminished. This was in Topsham Maine. 11/26/2023
Usually have a wonderful experience here. The last one I had has made me wanna stay away. Not cuz I'm not willing to give it another chance eventually, but more because with the expense of things now I cannot afford to lose money. Long story short my meal was not edible. It consisted of cold balsamic chicken and uncooked asparagus. My potato didn't come out with my meal and I waited 20ish mins and asked for them again, I was brought ice cold potatoes made with sour milk and red wine gravy that hasn't been cooked off properly and tasted bitter like wine. I was so bummed. The nice young lady asked if I wanted to have my meal remade but unfortunately I didn't have time to wait another 40 mins for the meal. It was getting late so I opted on just going home. To my surprise though, I was still charged for my whole meal. I wanted to leave on a good note so I chose to pay and leave. The waitress looked like she had faced enough confrontation with the kitchen and seemed so frustrated. I just don't have the spare money to throw away on food I can't be sure will be good so I'll be taking a break from this place for awhile.

Great bridge. Love the idea. It was built for people to get to work. Also to enjoy the beauty of the river . Seeing the power of the water. There no swimming. But great fishing
My husband and I have enjoyed dining at 104 Main many times before but on our last visit, it was the first time we had ever noticed the "military wall" at the back corner of the restaurant. Given that Brunswick/Topsham is home to many retired Veteran
The waitress that waited on us at our monthly Breakfast Club is fantastic and very deserving of praise from all of us at the breakfast and she deserves praise from her employer.
