UPDATE: 1-16-21 Stopped into the "99 cents Only" in Yucca Valley recently and found the store and staff to be covid safe and social distancing being advised .
The store is really clean. Always a great money saving and fun shopping experience!

Keep an eye on what is being rung up because once you pay and realize they charged you $5 for an off brand 1/2 cup of ice cream, you won’t get money back. Instead you will have to find items to equal $5. Often items are shelved in the wrong place. So if you think you’re buying a 99 cent item, you’re not. At least 20% of my receipt had items priced much higher than priced on the shelf. There are a few things I’ll still go there to buy but if I want consistent pricing for a discount store, I’ll shop at the Dollar Store.
I've only been here twice. But unexpectedly, both times, I had very nice interactions with the Staff. Its a calm, clean and pleasant store. With the usual bargains.
Nothing fancy, obviously considering the name, but I shop here for their veggies. Prices have gone up from 99c but that's Bidenflation for you, we get what we vote for so choose wisely.
Seems like they stock for the weekend, so Fri, Sat, and Sun have the best selections.
Awsome store, but they really need to repair their grocery carts. Every one is busted and its hard to shop with them.

I love this place every time I go there it's a very neat place to go to 99 cent store in yucca Valley I always get excited to go there cuz I have so many things that you could choose from on every aisle Dollar tree can't keep up with 99 cent store Dollar general because this place has everything that you need from q-tips to lingerie tutu socks to boxers to a few just need a cold drink and the people are so friendly they would love to just get you in and get you out
This is the walmart of dollar stores! The biggest one with the best selection I have ever come across!

The view is great! They have a dog park and also a small playground. The people there were friendly. I joined a local disc golf club sometimes we throw discs out there. It should be a permanent spot there's so much more this park has to offer! I saw
I had my meal delivered and ordered the grilled chicken kabobs. I have no complaints about the food. I've never tried anything like this, so I have nothing to compare it to. But it's definitely good. That cucumber salad they serve with the kabobs is
