I found this property from Google and I couldn't be more pleased! The one-bedroom apartment I rent is in a million dollar location, nice sized property with yard It has an updated and expensive kitchen, big living room. And the bedroom is all mirrored! When dealing with the owners and office manager I felt comfortable and valued. From the beginning I have been treated well, fully informed and now consider them friends. I have been here going on 6 weeks now! 500 feet from the ocean! I am blessed!

I have been staying at 925 Ocean Boutique Hotel for nearly eight months. The location is PERFECT!!!!! I can stand outside of my second floor room and see the Ocean, how wonderfully Amazing is that!! It takes less than five minutes until your toes are in the warm soft Ocean water!! The owners of this hotel are onsite often and are very kind and approachable. When you arrive to the office of the 925 Ocean Boutique Hotel you will be met with the warmth and the smile of Miss Audrey. She too is always here to help!! I have met some forever friends here as well. The other guest here makes you feel like family!!!! 925 Ocean Boutique Hotel is +10 place to be!!!!

I saw 925 on Google and it looked amazing online But unfortunately upon arrival the only amazing thing was the fact they even were still open. I immediately smelled something that may have been mold, I hate to write bad reviews but I felt violated when I discovered that my room had been entered without any notice also there were holes drilled in bathroom and were the a man who claim to be the owner knocked on my door and said that I need to give up one of the tvs due to the fact my personal one was to loud and also I was bullied into giving a deposit of 1800$ which I found strange cause I was under the impression it was a hotel at which point they advised me that any long term stays “2weeks or more” and after the fourth week they said my rent was going to have to go up and when I said the lease said I was guaranteed to not have rent raised I then said I would like to leave can I have my deposit back they called the cops and refused to return my money due to the fact it was a “hotel” so please whatever you do stay away from this establishment also the maintenance man constantly asked if I would have dinner with him so yeah creepy to say the least ladies

I lived here with my child for almost 2 years. Definitely an amazing location across from the beach. Not too much noise and I had a very pleasant experience there and have nothing bad to say about the place. My apartment was clean, the hot water lasts forever and the AC is really cold. Audrey & Joel were always very accommodating to us. Most people have lived there quite awhile so we spent holidays together, bbq’d together & were like a big family. I was blessed that we made a lot of great friends there that have became family. It’s definitely a great spot to live, just vacation or even in between finding a place to live. Being able to have your cat or dog is definitely a bonus.

Extremely great location!! Everything is so close and amazing restaurants as well. Awesome place to stay!! Unbeatable prices all around.

I fell in love immediately with the beachside nostalgia of this quaint hotel that has beach access right across the street. A big thank you to the staff for being so friendly and helpful and thanks so much for a great stay Admin.

Had a great stay here, very much accommodating to all my needs, plus the beach is literally a few steps away from your door.

Stay away from this place. They lie about their fees and will kick you out, hence stealing and keeping whatever you paid up for the week. There are 100 other places to stay. Avoid this place at all costs because they are crooks.
