Imran was extremely professional and got to the root of my problem in just a few minutes. He listen to me explain what problems I was having and had me show him exactly what i was talking about and was able to resolve my issues and show me that it was not my equipment. I highly recommend 904MSP. Imran was very responsive when I called and even came by to pick up my computer, being sensitive to appropriate social distancing. I was very impressed by the personalized service. My problem was self-inflicted having spilled a large glass of water on my laptop. Imran downloaded files from the damaged laptop, as well as an older laptop, to ensure I wouldn't lose data, which was my biggest concern. I will definitely use his service in the future.
