8th State Hot Yoga + Fitness - Yoga studio in Mequon - 6081 W Mequon Rd, USA

8th State Hot Yoga + Fitness is more than just your usual yoga studio. I've been waiting for a place like this to come to Mequon since I moved here a couple of years ago. The owner, Tina, clearly emphasizes the importance of practicing yoga within a community and everyone always makes me feel welcome. The energy and vibe here is amazing. The floors are so comfortable and the dark room allows me to tune out the rest of the world during each practice. I truly can't get enough of this space. I'm even more excited for everything that's still to come. Namaste!

Loved my experience at this yoga studio! It’s very clean, which is super important for me. The atmosphere is nice and inviting. I love that they have infrared lighting installed in their studio. The instructors I’ve taken classes with are also great! I’ll def be back for more!!

Found this lovely yoga studio through a Google search. I have been looking for a yoga studio with flexible class options and I absolutely have loved my first two classes so far. I took a more intense boot camp style Class that was very challenging and unique as well as a more traditional yoga flow. Both of the instructors were very welcoming to a new student and explained what to expect. Would highly recommend this business to others!

I am so ecstatic that there is finally a yoga studio for the neighborhoods north of Milwaukee and this brand new studio is beautiful! It's easy to get to with plenty of parking. The studio has floor to ceiling mirrors which I love and need. Comfortable new floors. Great heat, which I love with hot yoga! It's the largest studio I've ever practiced in too, in Milwaukee or Denver, which again I adore because it can accommodate large class sizes without being booked up, or too close to other yogis. I'm very happy I signed up for their monthly membership and I look forward to practicing there more! I highly recommend Libbie's power class. She's one of the best teachers in the Milwaukee area, one of my favorites! Her intentions and guidance are next level! Her music choices are on point! Her classes have you feeling better body and mind always!

Super excited for hot yoga studio in mequon!!! I attended the first class(26+2 )on the opening day . The class environment was well set up both from the temperature as well as from space standpoint. The instructors are also amazing !Since it was opening day they had delicious tasting of smoothies as well. I will be going back there again to try out other classes.

Amazing space! I’ve been waiting for a hot yoga studio in Mequon and am so happy it’s here! The staff and instructors are all kind and welcoming. The studio is comfortable, clean and approachable. This is a fantastic addition to the community!

Been to 2 formally known as Bikram classes so far and love the unpretentious, laid back vibe of this studio. It's clean and the studio is fresh. Nice instructors too. Can't wait to get back into hot yoga!

I had an awesome first experience at 8th State Mequon taking a Power class. Emily was a fantastic instructor and the facilities are fantastic! I would highly recommend!
