8 RAMEN - Ramen restaurant in Rockville Centre - 17 S Park Ave, USA

If in your family there are many kind of preference’s regarding to the ramen taste this is your place. They have many kind of ramens for each one. The appetizers are really good and the local it self is cozy. I will come back.

Tried the Yakisoba and it was amazing! It came out sizzling, but after a few minutes it cooled down little by little and the flavors of the slightly crunchy veggies and noodles were great. Added rice on the side but realized I didn't need much of it. So took home the rest! Family ordered the Ebi tempura among other things and we got to share and taste each other's dishes. Though they were pleasantly happy with their orders, I didn't find nearly as much flavor in them as mine had. I was happy with mine, they were happy with theirs. They accept cash AND credit. It was our first visit here, but will definitely be back!

Nice place for lunch break, worker are friendly, amazing ramen broth,usually l like order chicken shoyu, it’s time I tried the spicy tonkuts,little too spicy for me, next time I’ll ask if can do slightly spicy, then will be great,anyway I love this place !

Food taste really good but this place is for tic tokers. No chairs, they have buckets or stools. Wooden porous spoons served with the soup. Half way through i was wondering how many lips have been on this wooden ladle. Very small restaurant , will only get take out i guess. Maybe lunch.

I recently visited this 8 Ramen, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The food and service were outstanding. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were simply amazing. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. They were quick to take our orders and the food arrived promptly. Highly recommend the Pork Bun as an appetizer! Good ramen as well and the noodle dish in the skillet arrived sizzling! Small interior yet still very nice seating and great attentive staff.

Visit Date: January 6, 2024 I came here with my son and my dad. My son decided he wanted to try instant noodles. So I got him a side of plain ramen. I didn't want to spend too much money so I got the pork bun for myself. My son got the blue hawai soda and my dad got a bowl with ramen, a poached egg and broth. The pork bun was good, a nice appetizer. My son seemed to like the noodles. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff were also very nice.
