777 Motor Inn - Hotel in Sherman Oaks - 4781 Sepulveda Blvd, USA

These are by far the rudest staff members of any hotel place. I’ve stayed in Huntington Beach area and I have been to dozens of spots in Huntington. The male staff - I believe Ernie and Sam, go out of their way to be exceptionally rude. They also have signs posted that go against California standards when it comes to service animals. What I find posted that if you have a service animal, they will refuse service to you and will cancel your stay or will charge you an additional $200 even if the room is in the same condition as when you checked in. They never cleaned our room. We were there for almost a week. They never gave us fresh towels. They never gave us extra toilet paper. There’s barely any soap in the room. They will not provide you with hot water maker in the room. You cannot make even coffee. Call automatically charge you an additional $50 deposit. They will have you sign a form that says you cannot cook any food in the room, additional with a bunch of other things that you will be signing such as paying extra for the assortment of miscellaneous things, that people regularly do in hotel rooms. The bathroom water, floods the floor they won’t even give you a floor towel for the bathroom. The room is not clean. There is filth left if you even look under a table or bed. It’s obvious that there is mold. We have pictures of it in the drawers of the broken furniture that was in the room. They’ve just painted over the mold. Good luck getting an extra towel. They provide crusty tar like coffee in the morning. No microwaves in the room. Will charge you extra fee to give you a room key for every registered guest. The air-conditioning worked well the bed was comfortable. The location is the best about this spot. The one female staff manager working in the main office was polite and kind.

Great location but the hotel is falling apart. We booked for 28 days with 3 kids, and had exposed wiring, took them 2 weeks to fix it, the power went out and the buildings fuse box was inside our room, so they destroyed the closet in our room and left it that way for the rest of our stay in room 211, I guarantee you it's still broken right now. Plus the cops show up almost weekly, I was told by an officer someone in the building next door is selling fentanyl

Rooms were clean and staff was wonderful only place I'll stay when I'm in the area

Good hotel with excellent location near galleria with other shops and restaurants nearby. When we got there we were welcomed by friendly staff..rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

I arrived there at 2 am this morning and was given a room on the 1st floor. After unpacking all of my things, I saw a bedbug on the bed. I smashed it with my wallet, grabbed my key card and went to the office. I asked the guy to come with me to see it for himself but it had escaped. He asked if I wanted another room, so I said yes. He had only one room on the second floor, up steep stairs, no elevator. So I quickly repacked and he was kind enough to carry my bags up for me. I began to inspect the room and quickly saw a large mirror on the wall that had graffiti etched into the glass as well as some that had been painted on. I pointed this out to him and told him that I would be taking pictures of it. He told me that I could speak to the manager in the morning after 9 am. Meanwhile, I began to look at everything. When I opened the drawer of a nightstand I again saw graffiti spray painted on. I took pictures of this as well. I was disgusted. This is in a very nice area, Sherman Oaks, but it is a dump. In the morning I asked for a later check-out time which I was given. Then after dressing, I went down to speak directly to Dee who was the acting manager. I told her about my problems. She told me that they could not resolve these issue because the owner would not pony up for a new mirror. Apparently he won't pay to spray paint the drawer that has graffiti, either! I could not wait to get out of there, and am concerned about the possibility that I have brought bedbugs home in my bag or clothing. ||DO NOT STAY IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE for any reason! Not worth $50, much less the $115 that I was charged. A NIGHTMARE!

Found something Shady on the bed sheet needed to get towels and pillows from the office overall it was quiet and for the most part it was clean although I couldn't touch my bare feet to the floor and I wouldn't go in the jacuzzi tub too many bubbles floating yuck but the hookers out in front of the place were pretty.

The lady who checked us in was very nice , The motel itself was not in the greatest condition. tiny TV with practically no channels. Old school air conditioner like you'd find at a motel 6. Beds were very uncomfortable especially the one in the smaller room was like sleeping on plywood. Obnoxious people being loud and rowdy in the evenings. Offer free parking but there's clearly not enough spaces for everyone ended up having to park in the garage overnight and pay for it. So the door did not seem secure in my room had to put the desk in front of it to even remotely feel comfortable will not stay there again. But the room sink was pretty, and the water pressure good so there's that.

7 7 7 Motor Inn is a decent hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. There's not a whole lot of parking. So sometimes you will have to park off the property on the street. They provide free ice 24hrs from a vending machine located on the first floor. Enjoy your stay.
