I mean for Pennsylvania it's as good as it gets, the resort is actually huge when it's fully open. The issues I have with the place are completely out of their control. I do wish they had higher quality lifts. The main lift is a fast lift and carries six but there's still so much damn traffic and massive waits, if the upgraded the other lifts which now that bail owns it they can DEFINITELY afford more, it would be an incredible mountain.

We had lots of fun at this resort!! Seeing them deploy all the snow was so nice! The restaurant was also very fancy along with the very nice waiters. Although it takes a bit of hills when getting there, it was still very convenient for us since it was only a 1HR drive. Will try to see if we book here next time maybe we could go skiing.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but for the second year in a row their website still won't process online transitions. We've tried with Amex, Discover, and Visa cards. Hoping someone see's this who can provide some kind of solution ahead of opening.

Absolutely wonderful resort, I highly reccomend. The staff are friendly, and attentive. There are multiple restaurants and bars, with all sorts of yummy things to try. The outdoor and indoor entertainment options are great. I went during the summer season, and it was a lot if fun. The cashless system is not a problem if you have a credit/debit card. If you don't, get a prepaid debit card from the grocery store and you'll be fine. Definitely go here during the summer, it's great.

Will absolutely never come here again. Everything in the arcade was broken. The coin machine in the foggy goggle was broken so the kids couldn't be entertained there. The food was all garbage. Worst steak sandwich. Burger tasted like a middle school boiled burger. Everything is so expensive and terrible quality. I'll never come back ever again. Biggest waste of money for a weekend getaway I've had in 30 years

Had a girl's spa weekend before it was bought last year and it was a blast! The service in all the restaurants, bars, shops, resort, and spa was great! The lodge where we stayed was clean but dated but the lobby was inviting and all the amenities were offered that you would need to have a great stay. The bakery was a little disappointing but the food was awesome at two of the pubs and restaurant we visited. I would highly recommend going with a group of friends, lots of nice pics were taken and memories made!

My wife and I had planned a skiing trip in early March but unfortunately, our dog got injured in an accident, and we had to make changes to our reservations. Despite our situation, the hotel's customer service agent was unhelpful and suggested that we bring our injured dog to the resort and pay a $50 pet fee. We were extremely disappointed with the hotel's lack of flexibility and empathy towards our situation. As a result, we would advise potential guests to consider other hotels in the area that have more reasonable reservation policies and are more accommodating towards unforeseen circumstances. Overall, our experience with this hotel was disappointing, and we would not recommend it to others.

This place is DANGEROUS!!!! Ski patrol clipped my ticket and told me it was for skiing down the unlit side of Northface and that it was dangerous to do so....Well then buddy why are you hanging out in an unlit area waiting for skiers that missed your negligent signage to hit you?! Is that a ticket clipping operation you have going on or what? Incredibly rude. You make a nice guy really hate your place.
