Never used a locksmith in my life, so this was my first experience. My mailbox is part of a USPS cluster mailbox on the street, and my mailbox lock was busted. It needed to be replaced. I called them, and their customer service person was friendly and told me the technician would call me. Few minutes later, he called and was very personable. Benjamin was his name. When he arrived, he was extremely nice, personable, and friendly. Great guy. I have nothing bad to say about him. He replaced the mailbox lock and got my 3 new keys in about 10 minutes. I was pleased with the overall service. However, the part that displeased my was the price. When I saw the price, it was $550. I paid $550 to have my mailbox lock replaced and get 3 new keys. To be honest, I was disappointed. He also gave me his business card. When I looked at the card and Googled the number after he left, the business card was for Gold Keys Locksmith. Overall... fast service. Friendly technician. Not very price-friendly. Also confused about the business card being another business.

Joseph was incredible, I was running a tad behind from a photo shoot and he wait was patient with us. Got it done in a hurry and was very polite HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

This is by far the worst company that I had to deal with in my life. They were so nice at first when I tried to get some keys that didn’t work on my wife’s vehicle. The tech was already late, my wife had to get on him for smoking in the vehicle, and after he wanted my money and he argued about leaving me an invoice which he texted to say that he would. My mistake was to pay him and take his word by giving him the benefit of a doubt when he said he’ll email me one. And guess what? He never did, he then blocked my number, I’ve been having issues with the keys he supposedly redid, and the whole office has been giving me the run around all week for them saying they will send someone over. To no avail me and my wife wasted our time waiting for a technician to come out today to fix the keys and they didn’t even have the decency to call or text back saying they couldn’t make it. This company isn’t even listed in the BBB let alone their address is a front with an empty office with a sign in front of it. The whole company to me seems like it’s a scam and if you don’t believe me just look them up yourselves and figures why you can’t find no pictures of anyone from their company anywhere. If your reading you just saved yourself some money and a headache.

Shady and disorganized Set an appointment to get a house rekeyed, proceeded to get calls and texts from about four different numbers so we couldn't easily keep track. Felt uncomfortable with a place that didn't have a good paper trail and cancelled the appointment. Only to have someone from the company ask on the initial date scheduled, if we were still good for the appointment we had set.

Be careful not to call at night or when you are obviously in danger. They will take advantage of those who are in the most need and prepare unclear anwsers on pay break down... it basically depends on how much the technician thinks he can get out of you. If you dont have cash app, he will rudely ask why and demand cash or take a picture of your credit card. Services are unprofessional where they will take pictures of your documents and share them on messaging platforms such as WhattsApp with no clear transperancy on billing.

Mister John and his wife were very friendly and super helpful to opening my car, when I locked myself out. Would call again if it were to happen. Again, Great service and fast delivery.

John. Came fast less than 25 minutes. Did an impeccable job. Had all the tools necessary and even was budget friendly on price! John was the best!
