691 PAX is seriously top tier. The community is absolutely amazing, the people are nice and friendly. Most things are walkable, and there is alot around here as far as restaurants, bars, big buildings, etc. I also want to point out the service/customer service from the leasing office here. Huge appreciation to Ari and Layla for their kindness and efficiency. Ari gave me a tour before I moved into the place and was just welcoming and so kind throughout the entire process. Even when I moved in, she made sure I had everything I need, and Layla gave great follow ups. I really like my place and the community gives me that city feel I love to have back home.

I have lived here at 601 Pax for a couple of years so far, and overall it’s an okay complex to live at and I have enjoyed my time here, but there are also A LOT of issues. Pros: * The actual units themselves are very nice and spacious with well though out layouts * The complex is in a great location, close to many great bars and restaurants both walking distance and just a quick drive down the street. * The office staff is always very nice and friendly * There is a bodega on the first floor that is super convenient for any snacks/alcohol and many other things that you may need. Staff here is also always very friendly. * The gym is a decent size, with decent equipment (but equipment is always broken) * The pool area is also nice * They do have a very convenient dry cleaning service that you can pay for if you ever need anything sent to the dry cleaners * There is valet trash through out the week Cons: * The grounds of the complex are ALWAYS dirty. There is always trash, food, and random items that people just throw everywhere outside and especially in the stairwells which are definitely overlooked areas when it comes to cleaning. People even leave trash outside of my door because it seems like they are too lazy to throw it in their own trash cans * Dog waste bins are always overflowing, especially the one that is in the dog park area. It overflows to the point where there are piles of dog waste bags all on the ground and it is honestly quite disgusting and it smells awful. * Maintenance has gone down hill since living here. Work orders used to get resolved so fast, now it takes almost a week to just get a light bulb changed. The turf in the dog park areas are always COVERED in dog poop, but that also goes to show how much people around here do not pick up after their dogs. * This goes along with how dirty people are around here, not only is there poop everywhere at the dog park because people do not pick up after their pets, there is dog poop EVERYWHERE around the complex outside, I’ve even seen dog poop in the halls and stairwells on a few occasions. It literally smells l when you are outside because of all of the dog poop everywhere & the awesome owners that don’t pick up after their dogs. * The exterior doors of the buildings are always broken and do not get fixed for weeks. Half of the time they don’t close all the way or lock so anyone can just walk right in, and that is definitely what happens. I have seen unhoused people in the building, pool area, and walking around in the parking lot multiple times. * People would get packages stolen from the package room pretty often. Some mail carriers just leave packages on the floor instead of putting them in the lockers, and if that happens, there is always a good chance for your package to be stolen. * The parking situation here is not great. The inside parking lot is no where near big enough to have enough spots for all of the residents. The parking lot used to be unassigned parking that was first come first serve, but they recently changed that and we now are only assigned 1 parking spot per unit that you now have to pay $50 a month for! When it used to be free! So good luck if you have more than 1 person living in the unit. And if you happen to also have a garage(that you also pay extra $$ for), then that is your only space that you get. So if you need 2 spaces then your only options are 1) purchase a garage that has 2 spots for even more $$, 2) test your luck every day by parking on the street off N 6th Ave, and if there isn’t a spot there then that really sucks because the street fills up in the evening and if you leave to go somewhere, good luck finding a spot later. Or 3) you can PAY to park inside through an app that they utilize. And that is IF there are also any spots available on there as well. The parking issue is probably one of the biggest cons of 601 pax. * The pool area is nice, but is isn’t the cleanest. Most of the time there is trash and beer cans left from people, and the cabana couches always have huge stains on them.

Such a beautiful, unique, clean and centrally located apartment complex!! We had a few issues with our apartment due to switch of management but the staff here is amazing and made sure everything was promptly fixed!! Alec went out of his way and is a true gem! Very happy so far with 601 PAX/Greystar!

Pretty nice place to live overall. Apartments are well designed; nice pool, gym is decent. Washer and dryer are pretty terrible. Very old school machines. Dryer burns and shrinks clothes. One of the two puts black grease marks all over my sheets. Both were replaced already, so I'm not sure there's a solution. Maintenance is spotty in the common areas. When something breaks, staff generally doesn't fix it for months, even after putting in multiple maintenance requests. They'll close your request without fixing things. Building doors are in especially poor condition. Pool is frequently closed for maintenance, for some reason typically on weekends. Expect rent raises around 10% when renewing your lease. Valet trash service is kind of a nightmare too.

Enjoyed my time here (about 1.5 yr) but as with most new luxury builds, management was pretty fake and not helpful or responsive. Great amenities though - the pool, spa, rooftop lounge, gym, and speakeasy. Not to mention the huge tv in the common area which was great for watch parties (superbowl, AHS, GoT, etc). Hopefully they've improved the parking situation because when I left, I was only able to find a spot inside the gate about half the time. If I got back after 8pm, I pretty much didn't even bother trying.

Wow, I can't say enough good things about this place. My wife and I moved into Cortland Fillmore (previously Pure Fillmore) in June 2018. We had become empty nesters and left our home of 13 years in Goodyear to finally move downtown. It had been a dream of ours for sometime and it finally happened. We had looked at several apartments, compared prices, sizes, amenities and location. It was love at first sight when we had our tour here. We chose a 2 bed/2bath unit and were very surprised with how spacious it is and the quality of everything. It definitely feels like a "luxury" apartment. And we have a killer view (see pic)! I would recommend getting a garage, for an extra charge, it's worth it. The amenities are A+. Clubhouse with a ginormous TV, workspace with plug-ins, gourmet kitchen, game and lounge area. A 2000 sq ft gym that will meet all your fitness needs, a rooftop lounge for entertaining and a large resort-style pool that is hard to beat in the downtown area. The size and layout make perfect for hanging and socializing with your neighbors or just chilling alone and enjoying the Arizona sun. Adjacent to the pool is a large covered BBQ area, that includes 3 industrial quality gas grills with plenty of tables and seating, plus an herb garden. Finally, there is URBO, our very own neighborhood corner store right in the complex. Part coffee shop, part beer/wine store, part grocery store, the place is not very big, but it packs a ton of daily provisions. Every time I go in there, I'm like a kid in a candy store and it's only a few steps from our apartment door. The entire staff, from maintenance, to office, to management, have been friendly, helpful and customer service oriented, The residents are a great mix of younger and older professionals, students, couples and singles. We have become close friends with several neighbors and love living the downtown life with them. The staff frequently hosts community events that are always fun and usually involves free food and drink. It's perfect for getting to know your neighbors. I can go on and on. My wife and I are big fans of our complex and plan on staying here a long time. We were a little nervous moving in, since we had not lived in an apartment in many years, but we have fully embraced community living and are not looking back. We would highly recommend Cortland Fillmore.

I lived here several years ago, and it was one of my favorite homes ever. I had a studio with hardwood floors, brilliant sunlight, mostly quiet, and the coolest tiny kitchen. One of the best things about it was the location. Walk down the street and you can sit out on the patio at Cibo, pick up some of the best Mexican food I've ever had from El Norteño, catch a movie for$5 at AMC, or get coffee from several local coffee houses. AND it was only a few blocks away from the Arts District! First Fridays were EPIC!
