Fifth Street Cafe in Fort Smith is a hidden gem that exceeded our breakfast expectations. Nestled in the heart of Fort Smith, this charming cafe offers a delightful culinary experience that left us craving for more. Our breakfast adventure began with "Doug's Breakfast Sandwich." This sandwich was a hearty masterpiece, featuring perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese, all nestled between a toasted bread. The flavors melded together beautifully, making it an instant favorite. Next up was "Chicken and Waffles." The combination of crispy, tender fried chicken and warm, fluffy waffles was simply heavenly. Drizzled with maple syrup, this dish achieved the perfect balance of sweet and savory. It was a symphony of flavors that left us wanting more. We couldn't resist trying the "Denver Omelet." Packed with diced ham, bell peppers, onions, and melted cheese, this omelet was a delightful blend of textures and tastes. It was a savory sensation that showcased the skill of the kitchen. The ambiance at Fifth Street Cafe was equally delightful. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere provided the ideal backdrop for a relaxing breakfast outing. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. In summary, Fifth Street Cafe in Fort Smith is a breakfast haven that delivers on taste, quality, and atmosphere. Whether you're a fan of classic breakfast sandwiches, indulgent chicken and waffles, or flavorful omelets, this cafe has something for everyone. We left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces, eager to return for another culinary adventure at this Fort Smith gem.

This was my first time going to 5th Street Cafe and their food is delicious! I would defiantly come back and try some of their other menu items. Their breakfast burritos are HUGE but they are very good!

This cozy atmosphere is a great place to hangout and have a delicious breakfast before you start your day. Food and service were top notch. I became a huge fan of their biscuits. I ate one and found myself wanting more.

So DELICIOUS! Low carb Taco platter was so good. The beef brisket was heavenly. Hubby cleared his plate, too. Bacon is perfect. He loved biscuits & and gravy with bacon & eggs!

It was a little busy (not surprising since Saturday at 10a), but waitress very friendly and responsive. We loved the food and prices very fair. We are excited to try lunch or dinner next time!

I am only giving them a three because the waitress was amazing. The water tastes like it came out of the sink. The food was meh. My son found a hair in his eggs. At that point I look to see who was cooking and saw that her hair was all over her head like a peacock style. When I brought that to the attention of the lady up front, she said the health department only requires you to pull your hair back and I let her know her hair is not pulled back it's all over in the air going in every direction. Then she said well none of us even have black hair and that just looked like a straight slither. So I pointed out the people in the kitchen that did have black hair and then told her don't even remake the food because we don't want it. She had a nasty attitude and did not apologize even once. The waitress did however apologize and she was amazing. I will never dine in here again. Since comments are turned off and I cannot respond to her: No ma'am. It reads: "So I pointed out the people in the kitchen that did have black hair and then told her don't even remake the food because we don't want it." Also the manager's response to me just proved my point about her bad attitude. "You are the owner working in the kitchen with one other person!" is what you respond. So who was the man with a baseball cap and black straight hair standing over the food? Also the blonde had black roots. I know hair when I see hair and you are really arguing with me about a piece of hair on the plate. I didn't ask for a discount or my money back, only to not have hair in my food.

A quaint little diner/cafe on the corner of 5th St and Garrison. The first time I ate there I had the philly cheese steak and fries. The philly is actually made with pot roast which I didn't expect, but it was really good. The meat was stacked on heavy and I wish I would've paid extra for the veggies. The fries were crinkle cut and lightly seasoned. The second time I stopped by I got the Western burger with fries. All of their burgers are made with black Angus beef and quite delicious. This one had onion rings and was topped with bbq sauce. It was a great combination. The atmosphere is quiet and not too busy, and the environment is what you would expect, simple. I enjoyed sitting at the bar seating in front of the large storefront window and watching the flow of traffic go bye. And the wait staff is friendly and casual. Edit: also had the chicken and waffles recently and it was delicious!

I thoroughly enjoy the wonderful soaps, body moisture creams, and chapstick. The scents are wonderful. Some of the chapstick is seasonal, which makes it fun.
