Most bizarre bagel experience? Am I missing something with all these positive reviews? Awful bagels and charge you to slice a single bagel. Walked into the place and this is what the bagels look like (photos). I actually thought they were “par baked” and maybe finish baking them when you order? The bagel was whiter than my pale Irish skin. I wanted to leave, but felt awkward with the nice-enough clerk waiting for me. So I order my bagel and ask for it sliced. She then tells me, “We charge extra to slice it.” What?! I have never in my multiple decades on earth been charged for slicing a bagel. In the amount of time she told me they charge, it could have been sliced. I go to check out and they tell me that they charge an additional $1 for AmEx even though I was over the credit card threshold. Just an overall negative, not customer-focused vibe. They have a sign saying they won’t remake your coffee if you don’t like it so you better know “how to drink it” before you order. Won’t be back. I should have trusted my visual instincts and left. My bagel was so far unbaked and actually tasted like a slice of WonderBread. My husband and I both threw ours away after the first bite, and we are far from snobs. I am nearly certain this place has actually no idea what a bagel is… or any one of these reviews who claims they are good. Do me a favor and if you think these bagels are good, go to a real bagel place sometime and be blown away. Save your money and your time.

Bagels and bagel sandwiches are really good. Just not a fan of the caramel ice coffee. Had it twice, maybe too much syrup. Just don't taste right. All the other drinks look tasty though.

One of the worst bagels I’ve had. First time here, when I looked in the case I thought the plain bagels were raw dough and they would cook them or something? I was super confused. Ordered a cinnamon raisin, not good at all, had to throw it away. They also charge you to slice your bagel?? I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Great first experience here. There was no pungent odors, no loud music, and there was a place to sit while waiting for food. It did not take long for me to get my food. The veggie omelete was inexpensive. Anywhere else I would expect to pay upwards of $20 for the portion I received. There was not a long wait time. The food was warm and thoroughly cooked. The customer service was good as well. I have no complaints about this establishment.

Increíble! Stopped at El Super for groceries and saw this shop. I decided to try it out because I love bagels. My love for Bagels went up more because of this shop. I ordered a Heavenly Veggie bagel sandwich and indeed it was heavenly. The bagel itself was crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. All the sandwich ingredients were fresh and tasty. 10/10 will be back for more and will recommend to everyone

I’ve never seen or tasted Cinnamon & Raisin Bagels like these they looked like they weren’t totally baked and I seen no Cinnamon in them at all. I sent my wife to buy me these bagels and when I seen what she brought me I was a little disappointed but thanked her for doing me the favor of buying them for me but I’ll never buy bagels from this place again. I would have never bought bagels that looked like this.

This bagel was so delicious and soft!!! We ordered delivery and everything arrived warm and on point. Just became one of my favorite bagels.

I've been coming here for years. This last visit will probably be the last. Ordered ham cheese jalapeno croissants, muffins, and a Thai tea. The Thai tea was sour. I'm not talking a little off. This thing was rancid. I asked for an exchange and asked if they would check the milk or tea as something was spoiled. They argued that it wasn't sour, and kept repeating they would not exchange it again even though we hadn't exchanged at all yet. I asked for my money back and they wouldn't. Final sale for a sour undrinkable tea. I asked for an exchange to something else entirely and when I received it thanked them they turned their back and walked away without saying a word. Once I got home to enjoy the muffins and croissants - raw and undercooked. All of them.
