First time here and it was amazing! Itza was our waitress and she was the Best. Great service and she had the most welcoming smile. Totally recommend it and we will be back. Live music was so much fun.

I went on a Friday. The place got packed after 11 pm. The CUCARAMACARA Show is entertaining, interactive, and bilingual. It will steal your laugh and heart. The stars are amazingly humble, professional, and funny. The food was ok, not impressed but ok. Drinks were overpriced. I only had 2 whiskeys, and my tab was $40. The customer service is on point, fast, and courteous. The environment was fun but not really for children under 13. They had the show plus 2 other bands that kept the fun atmosphere going, and lots of couples were dancing. I do recommend this place.

Great entertainment, Great food and drinks, I recommend and may have become my new favorite spot ! … from the arrival the care on providing high levels of customer service is top notch, and once you order food or drinks, turnaround is one of the fastest in the valley. The bands that regularly play here offer a great show, with “4x4” excelling over all if you like all types of music. The VIP are is very nice and cozy, perfect for more drinks after dinner and dancing downstairs. I do recommend reserving with a few days in advance if you want a table , as they are normally close to full capacity specially Fridays and Saturdays - will be back for sure.

This place is phenomenal! I am not one to go out but my wife convinced me to try this place out. Service was great to say the least, our waitress Itza was attentive and very outgoing, she explained with great detail the concept of the restaurant and those Rondas were chefs kiss! She recommended a list of drinks but our favorite one was the Tamarindo Margarita. I definitely give it 5 stars. Ask for Itza to assure a great night out!

Not sure how the reviews are so high for this place as our experience was not good at all. My husband and I decided to check this place out because of the high reviews. We went Friday for dinner (6:30pm) and were promptly seated as the place was dead. A waitress came by to take our drink order and it was clear she was not knowledgeable about bar menu items after asking her some questions. I ordered a virgin margarita flight and my husband ordered a tamarindo margarita. Apparently, if you order a bar drink, you get a free appetizer...the server said she would bring a menu by with those options. Sounds great! She brought out my husband's drink then looked at me and asked what flavor I wanted. I was confused. A flight of drinks usually has a sample of flavors...what do you mean what flavor do I want? She said she didn't know and that the bartender was asking what flavor I wanted. Hmmm...okay. A bartender who doesn't know how a flight works. Okay - let's keep it simple. I looked at the menu and picked a margarita that had 4 flavor options (the same ones as the flight...but this was supposed to just be one margarita). I asked for lime on the rocks. Simple. Still no appetizer menu and at this point we'd been there between 15 and 20 minutes. Remember - we're the only table at this time. We could have asked for the menu but we were too busy trying to figure out a drink. After a few minutes, she returns with a red drink. I look at her confused and tell her I ordered a lime margarita. She tells me that what I ordered comes with all four flavors mixed together. I look at the menu and no where does it say that. At this point I'm dismayed as it's clear neither the bartender nor the server know what the heck they're doing. I tell my husband we should leave, that he should pay for his drink and we should go somewhere where they know what they're doing. I wasn't angry, just surprised and put off as it was so strange for such a highly rated establishment. As we're waiting for our check, a lady dressed in black approaches us to ask what the problem is. I tell her I have lost all confidence in their establishment. How can a bartender not know what a flight is, especially as it's on their menu. How can a bartender completely disregard my order of a lime margarita on the rocks and instead mix all 4 flavors and think that's okay? I reiterated I'd lost confidence and we were ready to leave. She asked if we would consider staying, that she would take care of us the rest of the evening and ensure that things were okay. Not being confrontational people, we said okay. We never got the appetizer menu. We ordered a botana for 2 and the food was really good. I finally received the lime margarita and it was weak (tasted just like mix). Ordered a diet Coke after and it was completely flat. We continued to receive service from the original young lady although the lady in black came by to check on us and then asked if we'd be willing to leave a good review, that she could help show me how to do that. Like what?! Bizarre, underwhelming, bad experience overall. The check came and they had added 18% gratuity. Since when is this a thing for tables of 2 people? We were charged almost $100 on what we feel was a terrible experience. 😑😞 Buyer beware.

I decided to give this place a second chance last week since the first one wasn't the best over a year ago. All I can say is BRAVO!! 👏🏻 The music, food and drinks were great! Although it took a bit long for the food and drinks to come out my server Itza communicated with our table at all times making sure we were okay, She made sure to get our new drinks before finishing the ones we had, Im so glad I gave it a second chance. Michelada was really good!

Had to say a very unique ambiance to share with friends and family. Great music, and entertainment. Service was exceptionally well. Diverse menu items. Only thing is the tables were too closed together due to limited space. Overall everything was Excellent!!!

Great place to come and enjoy your night out. Great service from wait staff. Excellent food great music and dancing. 💯 recommend it. 👍🏽
