Stopped on the way through, food was fantastic. From Chicago, so good wings are easy to come by, but these were on par with the best wings I've ever had in the city. Owner and staff were super friendly, walked up when he was pulling the brisket out and he gave us a sample. Can highly recommend both the wings and brisket, and prices were very reasonable. Stop here if you want some great grub!
We went there at a very freezing and snowy night, it was our first time going and they were closed but they were more than willing to let us in! Such friendly and amazing owners! We went there just for their wings but we left with bourbon wings and orange extreme and a set of bbq tips and they did not disappoint. They let us try a sample of their brisket and bbq and I definitely do recommend going there not only for their wings but for the other dishes they have to offer we will go next time to try their brisket!!

Can’t say enough good things about this place and its incredible owner! Our family had buffalo chx sandwiches, brisket, wings and rib tips. All of it was amazing. The brisket was very moist and the rib tips had an excellent smokiness. The wings were large and lots of good crunch from the breading. What I really loved was the owner was hosting a organization that was feeding the homeless out front and he had donated so much food to their cause!
The lemon pepper wings and BBQ tips were both super tasty. Got a sample of brisket that was also fantastic.
Traveling from a college visit and decided to stop here for a take out. Firstly, the location is different than what's in the picture and wasn't even sure it was the same place. Anyway the lady at the counter was fantastic and so was the gentleman that was making the food. Very warm and wonderful people. They gave us a taste of the riblets and they were delicious. Also had a taste of the turkey greens and also were delicious. Highly recommended if you are looking for good food and warm hospitality.
I ordered greens, corn bread, mac & cheese, candied sweet potatoes and a pork chop. Everything was delicious and a generous portion. Service was friendly and nice conversation with other customers while I waited for my order.

I stopped by for breakfast today& everything was ok until I started eating the mixed fruit that comes with the breakfast. Grapes were sweet, watermelon was not ripe&the cantaloupe was sour. Otherwise, it would've been a great breakfast.ð
