I highly recommend this boxing gym to anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for adults or children to learn boxing or continue to develop their skills. My 7 year old son has been taking private lessons and 13 year old daughter has been attending class for several months now and they both love it. Coach Damien is patient with the kids, and really is a great teacher. He takes the time to explain each technique in detail and makes sure that the kids understand what they are doing. He also creates a positive and encouraging atmosphere, which is important for kids who are just starting out. In addition to the great coaching, the gym itself is clean and well-maintained. The equipment is in good condition and there is plenty of space for the kids to move around. I also appreciate that the gym offers a variety of classes to choose from, so everyone can find one that fits their interests and skill level. Overall a great gym and program, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into boxing or just for the exercise.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of the facility & I must say it is BEYOND IMPRESSIVE. The gym's location, to me, is remote & quiet - something I thoroughly enjoy. The staff was very courteous and informational, and the gym itself was clean, organized, and very spacious. (No funky gym smells at all). Up-to-date equipment and you even get to have your own personal profile picture when you sign up as you are more than a "member" here. Please sign up for a tour ASAP - as I can't wait to meet whoever's reading this!!! -I think you'll LOVE it here, I know I do.

My husband and I had an awesome foundations session. It was great workout as well. Damien is a really patient and encouraging coach. The gym is organized and clean.
