Came in for my birthday. Dropped $300 on slots and didn’t hit a single feature or bonus. In fact the most I won back out of 500+ spins was $10,. Would have had a better result wiping my own a$$ with the money I put in to these non paying machines. Went to eat in the cache, drink area was torn apart, no paper towels or napkins, soda machine out of carbonation, burger looked like something from a high school cafeteria, not even the cheese was melted. Gas station ketchup packets for condiments. Worst casino I’ve been to in years. Don’t even get me started on the rooms or the service.
Live around here the staff is great but slot machines very bad all the construction and new machines they are trying to get the money out of everyone who enters. jackpot are very small and just to win one better plan to lose $5000 just to hit $1200 and your comps and points never ad up to what they. It's a big scam
They've gone from being a basic member and getting a whole 10$ and a couple free drinks (I don't do alcohol but even virgin drinks are the same price...which is fine...but...) To 5$ free play, a 5$ off drink coupon...and an extra 5$ for your bday month....did to inflation along with Casino prices already ..it's like a dollar off coupon. Considering most have to make a drive there....not worth it anymore. Go with more money to lose more money. You absolutely don't get the satisfaction of even a cheap win and getting to hear the sounds of the machines deception making you think you're going to win as often. Ok, so ..is whar it is....the smoke areas are hardly ever clean...as a former server ad bartender....i feel tables could be cleaner. Not sure if the bartenders are lazy but each time we are in the tables have well over just a few empty bottles ...and the area is as empty as the bottles......and if a table is picked up...well...tyeres usually dried markd from dripped beverages. We definitely won't be back to Four Bears after the past several visits there. Sad, this place a couple years ago was such a great visit and we always looked forward to the experience. Lastly ....quit over serving ...I can't count how many people have asked for drink tickets or slobbered in conversation.... Let's not even talk about the hotel part ..clean, yes, easy to navigate...meh, but you can always ask a friendly staff member! Parking...eek but it works...construction areas....does it really take that long ? I thought it was supposed to be warm inside? Sure....depending on if they have something to fix... Just ..no ...don't do it ..waste your money somewhere else and at least leave partially satisfied.
Absolutely horrible experience! Old and outdated not to mention dirty. We thought we would take a little trip to New Town and let the grandkids swim, have dinner and take in the casino. The pool was absolutely disgusting after a little one wore a regular diaper in the pool and took a number 2 in his diaper. A little girl in the hot tub had a bloody nose and had toilet paper inserted in both nostrils which fell into the hot tub along with her continued bloody nose. There were so many young children running around unsupervised in and around the pool. The lady at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. She didn’t supply any helpful information about the stay or the hotel’s amenities. When asked she was very short and curt.
what a trash dinner. With terrible customer services. No response when I told them they root beer, and lemonade was out. Old raspy voices lady yelling “pizzaaaa over there, burgers over there”. Not only that but she straight up coughed on the food! Steak and breaded shrimp look like it had been sitting for awhile. Charged 17 dollars for what? Well done, soaked steak? Get out of here. No tartar sauce for the shrimp. Only thing that looked worth 17 dollars were the freshly cooked burgers 🍔. What a complete mess for such a “high” quality looking (from the outside) place. Super disappointed.
My father was pressured into suicide at this location after the bartender said a racial slur to Him. Years later, I was assaulted by the same bartender. Every day since, I have lived in fear of Robert DeNiro. Otherwise, it is a fabulous casino that I quite enjoy.
Service here is outstanding!! The bartender working July 3rd was phenomenal. She was busy and efficient and friendly. I was highly impressed. 10/10 The entire staff here is friendly and welcoming. They have exceeded my expectations at fulfilling our requests. We will be back, 4 Bears!! Thank you to the front desk staff, the house keepers, the wait staff, the cleaners, and especially Derrick! I'm not sure his role here, but he's done a hell of a job assisting the staff all around the casino, as well as taking exceptional care of the guests. It's a great site to see the teamwork and leadership that was executed here this weekend.
Overall a nice place to stay. Clean, quiet rooms. Casino is fun and the food is tasty. Lock your car up. Lock your trailer.
