Very worst service! I bought my laptop there. They charged me $60 just to do diagnostics. Per him, he will let me know within two days but he did not reach me out. After following up with him, he told me he is waiting for parts to deliver and fix it, just to let me know that he can’t fix it. It’s too much of work and time to fix. Basically, he wasted my time and money. Thanks for nothing.
Alan Gao is the Best when it comes to phone and electronics repair! I've been there twice and had great results both times. The second more recent time I went there he was able to fix my cell phone fast, as soon as the parts that were needed came in. If he seems a little busy it's because he's good at what he does and everyone knows it. In fact, I was recommended to him by multiple friends that are very knowledgeable about cell phone repair. To me it seems like he gives all of his many repair jobs top attention to the details. The first time I went there he was very honest and told me that 1st phone was beyond repairing, when other shops were saying they could do it but in the end they really were just lying to get money ("F@st-Repair"was the name of that mini chain RIP-OFF lying and stealing electronics repair stores.) When you put that all together you can easily see you're getting an honest and knowledgeable repair person to work on your broken electronics. Don't mail your phone away to some location you can't trust. Come see Alan and get some food next door at one of the many restaurants in the area and he might even be able to fix your electronics or your phone while you wait.
Very nice and easy to communicate manager! The repair fee are the cheapest and reasonable in Bay Area! 老板送了我个贴膜。
Alan is fantastic and fast! We have brought in several phones with smashed or cracked screens and he has also given us fair pricing and fast service. He is our go-to!

This is absolutely my go-to place for anything needed for my laptop or my cell phone. I went to 3RTEK at first because I wanted to go someplace nearby. Now I would travel to come here. With every situation, Alan is very quick to troubleshoot and offer improvements at good prices. He has great integrity and completes the fix, gives me support for how I can improve my equipment, and takes the time to hear what works best for me. Thank you 3RTEK - you are a neighborhood gem!
Very slow to get to my job (over one week) and then his office was such a mess he couldn’t find my phone for an uncomfortable amount of time. Wonder if he had been faster to open up my phone if it would have had a better outcome.
I was traveled to Berkeley over the weekend. I broke my iPhone screen and looking for a repair shop in the area. Lucky I found 3R Tek near me. I went there and took him 30 mins to replace the screen. It is a very good price. He also cleaned the dust inside my phone with no extra cost. I will always recommend this place who needs phone repair. The owner Alan is very nice guy and friendly.
We decided to try this amazing new place! @antojitos___guatemaltecos is a family owned restaurant in El Cerrito. They have been there a little over a year. It didnât disappoint. The food was delicious. Itâs clean, service is great, and friendly.
Enjoyed a fantastic meal for the price! ð Opted for the red curry special on the lunch menuâunique presentation over a bed of rice. Personally, I'd prefer the curry separate from the rice because serving it on top of the rice makes it so that th
Long overdue review. I have been a regular at Zomsa since they opened and have seen them grow. The food here is mouth watering and very close to what we actually get in Nepal. If you are here- definitely try out the Nepalese items they offer like suk
Very quaint bakery and restaurant in the hills of El Cerrito... Has that village Cafe feel. I had a burger which was excellent and my wife had a spinach and mushroom scramble... We also ordered a Detroit style pizza to go... Our servers were all exce
Very nice Japanese sushi restaurant with a cozy warm atmosphere. The restaurant is not very big and only holds a few tables but the waiting didn't take too long. We went on a Saturday night at about 8:30 closer to 9pm and it wasn't that busy. We w
One of the best fast-food restaurant for full-flavored taste and value for your dollars. I havenât ordered breakfast or any other meals in a long time, but, Iâm sure the mouthwatering taste and quantity of their menu hasnât changed. Most recent
