We have been living in the area for 6 years and hadn't visited because of what we heard about prices. We finally went and were very pleasantly surprised. The food was great and prices were very similar to other restaurants that we have recently been to. Service was a bit slow because they are short on staff. Overall great experience and will definitely go back.

We come to 386 every year we come down to Flagler Beach. Every year, it's one of the most anticipated meals that we look forward to. Every year, Frank is all in and takes care of us. He might not remember us, because we come once a year, but we remember him. He works his butt off to make sure we're taken care of. The food is always spot on. Frank is always awesome and every year, we look forward to going there. I look forward to the day we retire and can go there any day we want to.

We go here regularly as it has a great feel. The food is excellent. We go here to eat steaks, but the Italian dishes are special. Frank’s Italian “gravy” is exceptional.

The only thing resembling "fine dining" was the prices. The restaurant was run down, the food was good but not great. The wine was very good, but we were only given the choice of two $100 bottles of wine rather than a wine list. And there were no vegetarian options.

Our first (and last) experience at this establishment. Made reservations because we had friends in town. Reviews were good but I wish I had stopped in to see the place in advance. It was not very nice, no ambiance. Cheap black curtains covering the windows, black tablecloths, overall dismal decor. The centerpiece was a fist-sized plastic gourd with a fake sunflower stuck in it. As another reviewer posted "fine dining prices with dive bar decor", which could be charming but in this case was not. We were seated by the owner who seemed animated and distracted and in a hurry although there were very few diners. We ordered two bottles of wine and asked for a chiller for the white wine. They didn't have one so instead they took the bottle back to the kitchen refrigerator. We had to flag down the waitress for refills. Silverware on the table but no napkins. At some point a new waitress came to take our order. She didn't know the specials and had to go back and ask. Caprese was one of their specials, so we ordered that and escargot for appetizers. The tomatoes were mush and the mozzarella had no flavor. At this point we were holding out hope that our meals would be ok - and honestly they weren't bad. I had the flounder which was fine but nothing special. This place is pricey so we were really hoping for a fine dining experience. Well, we did have an "experience".

I go from Miami Beach up to Palm Coast or if I'm in another state,I make sure I stop by on the way home for my addiction to the food.The Meatballs will make you cry....The best.But everything is great. Not to mention the food is so divine you'll want to retry everything you may have had, just to get it the way they make it! Truly a place you'll want all your loved ones to try.
